Also, assistant producer Tomoaki Ayano, traveling to LA for E3, said that we'll finally get some details to go along with the Street Fighter X Tekken teaser videos Capcom has been releasing.

I could only get the letter 'L' from that sequence. L in Roman Numerals is 50! I think this gives some indication as to how many characters will be playable in StreetXTekken.

That said, a follow-up report on something we haven't heard about in a bit...I think that disqualifies SFxT (especially since that's mentioned separately), SF3TSO, and SSF4AE.
I'm heavily leaning towards news on MvC3 DLC for that reason.

They took the first three digits of each letter and chopped them off.
In the case of R, they left an extra digit so it wouldn't be 0010, which would make the obvious binary thing more obvious.
With D, they chopped off more because D is 01000100

Just a quick lesson in Binary...
it progresses like this:
001, 010, 011, 100, 101, 110, 111, 1000, 1001, etc.
If 001 = A(which is the case) then you end up with this...
01010100 = T
01001000 = H
01001001 = I
01010010 = R
01000100 = D
the 1st few digits are removed in the Capcom post, but they are just used to denote letter case(upper = 010/lower = 011). Normally every letter/number is comprised of 8 digits in binary.
Wow.....i'd rather not waste my time on that "code" cause i know im gonna make myself look like a fool. So ill just wait for the E3 presentation. And it totally helps that other people would find it out and let us know what it means, I thank you guys! hahaha
if it is third, referring to 3rd strike- why are they being so cryptic about it? they already said a few months ago ( at captivate i think) that they would have more sf3o info at E3.
Well, it's sounds like you guys know WAY more about code than I do, but I'll make a guess anyway.
Because we've been getting 3s info, and SFxT info, and this is "something we haven't heard about in a while". I'll say....
1) It's not related to a fighting game, maybe a different Capcom franchise?
2) DL characters for MvsC3?
3) The supposed "Missing Codes" to the AE cabinet. I read a while back that beyond the De-Bug menu there was a Pass Code entry.

twelve was the only character in the capcom universe who spoke in binary code so its about sf3 oe plus sven said in about 4 weeks we r going to b flooded wit sf3 oe news

We all knew that it was coming out at the end of the year.
I hope that it means there is 1 more AE character.
Better yet it means 3rd Strike is coming this year, but no we knew that.

I kinda agree with h1tm0nl33. I was about to post to ask if anyone knows of any mechanical characters that have been in past Street Fighters, because only recently Ono was trolling about the two unoccupied slots on SSF4:AE. Could be Twelve, the other could be Alex... it could all be an immense trollfest, who knows... but I think all this trolling is better than leaving us completely in the dark. Not many other devs interact with the community as much as Capcom, with unrelated news or not.

Well we get AE DLC on June 7th so if it is two new characters and one of them is twelve it would not be a huge surprise by the time E3 started, my guess is third strike news along with gameplay videos. Also i dont think twelve would be saying "third" if he was going to be in AE. I'll say though that it has gotten me excited for E3 so I will definitely be paying attention. These kinds of posts are annoying and awesome at the same time

As much as I want it to be about the last two characters, the post reads, basically as "info on new game you haven't heard from in awhile, Hint: binary."
It's just 3S coming out in 2011, this summer, probably with XBOX's Summer Arcade showcase. Nothing we don't know. Big announcements are in four days, but we might get some cool info in the coming days through leaks and Capcom trying to build hype before the show.
Two new characters announced at E3 or in Sept. like the twins. Hard to imagine it's been a year without any good character announcement.

I'm very happy to see all the idiots getting highlighted here and called out on their lack of SF knowledge I wonder what would happen if these guys on hubs changed up the format making registering on here include you real gamer tag, not that they have to give it out mind you, as well as your main game,character and rank. It's probably Third Strike. But it would be pretty cool if they were talking about Twelve, because he would be the THIRD SF3 character added in AE. Yun, Yang, Twelve (Third 3rd Strike character).

The numbers could be any number of things, possibly none of the ideas listed. Capcom have been burned too many times by leaks, maybe this time they're making it ultra cryptic.

-Characters from third strike in AE

outside of that i think it does have something to do with 3rd Strike. and like a lot of people said it may be 3rd Strike:OE coming in 2011. whatever it is we wont know till it comes out, or if someone who knows spoils it ;)

They are clearly going to put Elena in SF4. Third is her middle name. In fact, they are also giving her her own game, by the looks of it.
Just so people want to know it's T.H.I.R.D Strike. That's the binary code. Release date is November 20th 2011. You get those numbers by subtracting those numbers -2011 or 20,11,2011. Plus I heard rumors near the for the release of 3S near the Christmas holiday so this can't be to far off. This is just a guess though but, seems to make the most sense.
They said Nemesis was horror and that it would have forced them to move up to a Mature rating, which they didn't want.
