GerkorSSF4 posted a set of Guile tutorials explaining how to dash cancel into his ultras. They are pretty well put together and use slow motion to really show how the timing works. Despite the nerfs to Guile's ultra 2 the technique in itself is very useful to know for many other charge characters. Be sure to hit the jump for the second video.

Well ERyus HP was @ 0 which means more damage reduction at that point

Ive been dealing with Ken's terrible FADC Ultra 1 dmg since Vanilla so to me thats a lot of dmg :[

Buena Garkorrrrrr!! BTW after you FADC and then Ultra 1, the end of the inputs doesn't have to be Up Forward, you can do UP and it could be more comfortable.
The same for DeeJay's Ultra 2.

The way I've always thought about FK fadc U2 was to consider you were balrog. Basically you should be able to do both headbutt to U1 and dash U1. Once you know both of those concepts, then this is just a combination of the 2. I don't know how many times I have to tell people who are trying to learn it that they gotta keep their back charge and the speed of the joystick motion isn't that important.
