Volume #4 of OMGWTFLOLBBQ moments in Super Street Fighter 4 AE was posted to YouTube by DontTaseM3Bro. The quality of the video is a bit low in the beginning, but it mostly clears up halfway through.

It is a Dailymotion embed. Is it not viewable in countries outside the US?

The uploader was complaining that he couldn't upload past 15 minutes, so he put it there.

that quality with today's internet capacity and full hd screens is a joke. beyond watchable / enjoyable for me at least.
Didn't youtube removed the time limit? Isn't there only a size limit anymore or something? Also, there are other alternatives, like Vimeo.
Hope this will get reuploaded on youtube, be it in 2 parts or shorten it by a minute, will get way more views that way. :)

He was complaining about the time limit? That's funny since there's a double of one of the clips (Seth vs. Ryu) and we've seen stupid s--t lose out to Yoga Catastrophe about 1,000 times before.

I couldn't tell what happened in that Dan/Geif match. Geif is standing nearly full screen, small pause, and the Red Cyclone is dead.
