Vanilla was truly awesome. Best SF4 iteration to date.

I agree, if only Capcom had released the next 2 games without introducing poorly designed characters or nerfing existing characters options, SSF4 & AE have more characters which is a good thing but the games seem watered down in comparison to Vanilla. In Vanilla if you f**k up you get hit HARD !!!

SF4 is still available.

Damage had to be addressed, but it wasn't all they removed from the game. They made characters weaker and with less options, while they should've just buffed the others.

Maj still does combo videos, but a while ago he had a big tantrum about them getting posted on this site (SRK and others were fine though) so you don't see them here anymore.

Vanilla was terrible.

Yeah but this isn't TRUE vanilla. This is the console version. The vanilla everyone played in tournaments for the first year lacked the console characters and was 90% Sagat and Ryu.

Only thing I miss is the awesome theme song.

I loved Vanilla Fei Long before the patches...His chicken wings used to come out so fast that he was able to do a infinite with it.

I like Desk and his videos, but I am sick of the music he uses.
