Team Sp00ky is streaming the Guard Crush Team Battles 3v3 tournament today. The event is taking place at Henry Cen's The Next Level Arcade in Brooklyn, New York.
Why, in such a small community, would you host your tournaments on the exact same days? You can't do Monday Night Fights? Then I can ignore life five days a week sometimes.
AE, MvC3, SFxT, Sux
It's all about Tatsunoko baby! YEAH!!!
Been watchin this for a couple hours, some good fights. I hope someone puts up the @dick_wolf footage - some tricky matches there.
Dick Wolf is the Exec producer of Law and Order (SVU at least)...but...I don't know what that name is about lol

One is east coast the other is west coast. And plus its better to have tournaments mid week to avoid burn out from playing in tourneys over the weekend that tend to span 2-3 days straight. And to have another so quickly the day after(monday) wouldnt give people time to go back into the training room really to rethink there gameplans and relax. Also Gives people time to get back home and get resettled if they went traveling to get to places, which for the main streamers is a good thing.
So in all its more of a convenience thing that benefits everyone for various reasons in case you overlooked that.

Sure. But Tues.? Thurs.? I mean, coast doesn't matter to streaming viewers and I would think the benefits of more viewers would be greater than player's playing a couple days after a tournament. Plus, there's no tournaments this week. It's just East vs West nonsense cause WNF's did well and East Coast wants to step on their toes a bit. It may not be but it just seems that way.

Yea dont matter to the streaming viewers which coast it is, but wont be much of a mere stream matter when it comes to booking the venues, getting the players together so we would actually have something to watch.
And personally as far as tournament player wise its good to see how progress is mid week after a few days training. And would have a few days after to refine things before weekend tournaments. Its more than just gathering viewers and just for stream monsters sake.
While i understand spreading it around the week being a avid stream watcher, but you cant just view it from a stream monster point of view and omit the rest cause it doesnt really concern you.
The way i would like to see it during the week is
Monday:rest/tues:training/wedns:small tourney/thurs:refine training/fri:preparation for weekend(relocating etc)/sat+sun: main tournament
Ah! They're currently streaming SSF4 AE. I hope MvC 3 comes on soon.
Offtopic: I hope WNF streams properly today.
