I'm not sure if that'll happen in AE. Although, Dan is a lot better in SSF4-AE than he has been in SSF4, or in Vanilla.
I won't be surprised at all if a Dan user wins a local, small scale tournament such as GuardCrush, etc... He's actually a pretty viable character in AE.
