I think skrull and c. viper are in the same boat, both requiring above average precision to be effective. And that can be stressful in itself outside having the stress to deal with when fighting others. Not to mention they both seem to blow thru meter pretty quickly. I would throw dormammu in the same boat too. All very good characters with various tools and high damage capability but not played by alot.
Does that mean when Phoenix transforms, that will kill you since it technically doesn't do damage but stops attacks?
