(Well, didn't they say there was a challenge mode with one of them being the Daigo comeback? I'd assume these 'challenges' are from there, or maybe it's like MVC3's event mode where you try to do XYZ online or off.)
My guesses:
The bitter end: Wathing the credits, perhaps?
Big Finish: One or a number of super KOs.
Sharing is caring: Probably something like uploading to youtube or something with replays.
Couch Potato: Having X hours of total playtime?
EX-ceptional: X number of EX moves.
Wax On, Wax Off: X number of parrys?
Super Artist: X number of supers.
Going Streaking: X number of ranked wins in a row (great, this again)
Practice Makes Perfect: Beating trials or something, I assume.
Sticks & Stones: No idea.
Pocket Full Of Quarters: Beat arcade mode with everyone and/or no continues?
Mystery Man: Face and beat Q in arcade mode.
Stick & Stones: Insult Mike Ross/Gootecks in an IM, and then get bodied by Urien/Blanka/Oro and exposed as a fraud¿¿

That streaking achievement... After thinking about it, only those who can actually play will probably get it.
Everyone else who are new to fighting games and not learn stuff or achievement hunters (cheevos makes me think of Cheetos) will get salty and give up.
Very exciting, i know they're posted it but here my guess what they mean
The bitter end: Complete the game once or maybe even everyone?
Big Finish: One or maybe a big number of super ko's
Sharing is caring: prob the youtube sharing function
Couch Potato: Having so many hours of total playtime
EX-ceptional: a certian number of EX moves.
Wax On, Wax Off: a certian number of parrys
Super Artist: a certian number of super art finishes
Going Streaking: a certian number of ranked wins in a row
Practice Makes Perfect: Beating trials, maybe even a certian amount of perfect rounds?
Sticks & Stones: Possibly perform taunts a certian amount of times?
Pocket Full Of Quarters: Beat arcade mode with no continues?
Mystery Man: Face and beat Q in arcade mode.
WTF CAPCOM?! ARE SERIOUS?! Why are they all challenge related?
And no doubt the one called "Bitter End" will be the famous Daigo ultra parry. Which is near impossible >:(
Do capcom not realize achievements can make or break a game? A great game with crap/hard acheevs list will never sell as well as a great game with a good/easy'ish acheev list. Even crap game can sell well if it has easy acheevs. (Idiots)
@12
Are YOU serious? Who plays a game solely for the achievements? I'm playing the game just to play the damn game. Also the "Daigo parry" is not impossible.
Last I heard a crap game does not sell well at all regardless of achievements.
I seriously hope you are a troll because if not you are ignorant and a child.
@13 your just ignorant.. 1000's of people play games just for achievements. And many shallow gamers are put off playing some great games just bcos they might have a terrible achievement list. Easy or hard achievements can make a huge difference on a games sales.
If you had read my post properly than you would realize just how stupid your reply to mine was. For one, I said its 'near' impossible, not impossible. Even Seth Killian couldnt get even the 1st part of it. And hes pretty good at SF.
Avatar: Burning Earth is a terrible game, but 1000's of people buy or rent it for its 5 easy achievements. Come back when you know what your talking about.
I was just airing my disapointment at the list. On reflection it might not be as bad as i 1st thought.
I'll be buying it regardless of its acheevs. bcos its the only SF in the series i didnt play, and cant wait to get my hands on it.
@14
Ok so what I'm reading is:
"Quality of a game doesn't matter as long as it has easy to obtain and good achievements, then that way the company who made it will profit big time. All because of the achievements they put in the game."
If this were true then any previews of future games, magazines should just give us the achievement lists along with the title of the game.
@15 He did'nt say that, your twisting his words to sound sarcastic, all he was saying is that the achievements in his opinion, could be better represented and everyone is gonna have their own take on it, so who are you to judge?
A lot of people play games for achievments, mainly completionist or folks who need to do absolulty everything in a game to feel they finished it. Not everyone is so zombified on a game they play it just for the sake of playing, some folks have goals they set, even if you don't agree with them.
I don't know about the achievments having impact on sales though but depending on the game they do enchance the replayability albeit slightly. Again, everyone plays gamed differently for fun.
@16

Don't tell me that's not what he's saying because that is exactly what he's saying.
You said "Last I heard a crap game does not sell well at all regardless of achievements."
But as he pointed out, you're wrong. Have you played Avatar TBE? It's like they knew that the only way they'd sell more than one copy was to make the achievements ridiculously easy. It's probably the worst game I've ever played. I was gonna beat it and not just go for the achievements, but I gave up on the 2nd stage.
I dont like it. But Achievements CAN(not always) have a big impact on a games popularity/sales, and if you dont believe that, your just being ignorant or nieve.
Anon1010 your coming across as a big fanboy who cant see past his own opinion. Im not slanging SF3OE off. No doubt it'll be fantastic. Im just saying im a little dispointed at the achievement list. And that if Capcom had given it an "easy" achievement list, more people would buy it. its not a hard concept to understand.
Haha, sooo ambiguous! Well, they seem fun anyways!
