If you want to go further, make sure you check out the videos DMG's Jason24cf posted the other day, also from ECT3.
we shouldn't have to ask for things in marvel that WERE IN SSF4. spectator mode and replay shouldn't be asked for, they should be the norm. especially with how they're hyping instant youtube sharing with a $15 DL'able game while a $60 disc release goes without. seems like common sense to me...
100 and something is STUPID. 60 is where it should stop. 30 from Capcom 30 from Tekken=good.
At least we know Niitsuma will be at EVO. Hopefully they can go ahead and announce some Marvel stuff that's good.
MK is already doing their job, they got the three more coming, Capcom needs to step it up some.
my bad. common sense to capcom means starving us for it and then making us pay for it later.
Is it too much to ask for the fu*%#& nerds that ask questions and conduct interviews to not sound like entitled sh%# heads? Don't these people have any fu*#%* social skills or manners?
ya guys still haven't cracked seth killian's answers? just as with any PR person, "no comment often means YES"
Vega's changes? You mean Claw, right?
Well, they weakened crouching MP and MK, made c.MK a few frames faster, made sure he was considered airborne on his backdash (then again, I never backdash, I flip) made sure you can chain c.MP at the end of an EX Crystal Flash.
I think that's it...maybe they did something to U2, but I am not sure, I use U1.
Oh right, they made it so the opponent can punish the Cosmic Heel on block now. If you are too close with the kick, the recovery will leave you open for grapples. You need to space now, make sure the tip of your toe is the only thing hitting your opponent. Ultra 2's startup is slower, but EX Crystal Flash recovers quicker.
#4 No it isnt. 60 seems perfectly fine to me, 30 from SF and 30 from TKN.
AE needs a balance change. We know it. They know it. And now we are being "schooled" on how to ask them in the "right way" for these changes.
And as with any change we know there is a cost involved. So this basically amounts to Capcom asking for more of our $$$ and us saying "pretty please" in order for them to do it.
omg vega barely got touched compared to other ppl!are ppl really bitching about CLAW changes? claw is still good! last I checked makoto still uses him (since a lot of ppl on here seem to base a chars wackness on whether a jap drops them or not) u2 can still be used the same way as can all his other stuff and his ex ST is a lot better.

MVC3 isn't hard to get into at all. I can agree with you about some of the hitboxes, but the execution entry level? Slap yourself. Twice.
(Nice interview, but this guy needs to get out of here with his personal character requests, LOL!)
@18
Thata boy, you keep fighting the system that supplies your enjoyment.
so the era of execution has passed, aswome. What makes it even worst is that seth has a super turbo background so he knows all about execution and timing. But o well, capcom wants casuals to play so that means mashing will only get better.
I hate the excuse of the balance issues being people love to root against a villain (the twins). Seth and Capcom need to remember that this is not just about watching and cheering like watching pro sports. Their customers are not just tournament watchers. There's a whole online/offline community that actually *play* the game, and balance issues skew character usage and ruin the experience.
Seth kind of had an "Ugh, why am I here" face at the beginning...
But, I'm thinking that there probably going to do some Marvel info at Comic-Con. It just makes sense.
If AE, doesn't get any updates, I guess it isn't the end of the world. But, it feels kind of wrong for some reason...
It seems like most fighting games with a ton of characters haven't been that great but I'd be happy to play a good one. More characters equals more matchups. As long as balance is good I'll take as many good characters as I can get. There are a lot of great characters in the SF and Tekken universe.
I can still think of 10 or so more characters that I would love to see added to SF4.
well since sf4 era the execution went dont but you can still play at a high level like mvc3 is very flashy and for someone who isnt gonna grind it out and just want to have fun with friends and do cool stuff it fits them as for me I come from playing 3s but I enjoy mvc3 touch of death style its balance is that almost everyone is broken. I dont really want anything else from th sf4 series I think AE should be then end of it and for sfxtk I think 40 is a good amount and it can get bigger with dlc 100 and 60 characters is too many
Thank you for asking him about the execution for SF X tekken lol. This game looks like itll be my perfect game, but if the execution is as braindead as I think it is..
Well he said that there still will be reward for good execution, lets hope so, but im kinda doubting.
''I just wanna be rewarded for my execution'' <- perfectly said. MVC3 its not always that. Good interview, although the guy was being a bit to needy and rough but eh lol.
@28
thats where the "simple" mode should come into play. Casuals dont want to grind it out and learn motions(there really not that hard), combos and matchups and that fine. But baby modeing the whole game all together in the name of casuals takes away from the game overall.
Nice to see Seth answering these questions.
