I think the only fix for phoenix is to Give her 800,000 health, and make Dark Phoenix a level three super with a time meter like wolverine berserk-er charge, Jill speed up lvl 3, Dante devil trigger, Arthur golden armor.

How powerful she is? Wtf, the whole marvel universe is powerful. You still need balance for a game. If they wanted to demonstrate how powerful she is they could have made this version the 2nd boss or event mode.

Jean Grey IS Phoenix, and Phoenix is one of the fundamental aspects of the Marvel Universe, alongside Galactus, Eternity, Death, etc.
Then again, Chun-Li is supposed to be the strongest woman in the world and the little brat with the robot (from a game no one's heard about) is better than she is in this game...
So out of all the characters in the marvel universe you pull out squirrel girl? Why not name wolverine who survives nitro's nuke explosion in civil war, or hulk and his unlimited strength the more mad he gets. Magneto can kill you with a look by pulling out all the iron in your blood. I'm sure my list will go a lot further than yours.
Chun-Li is a beast in this game in the hands of someone who has great execution. She still has her infinite.

If Capcom really cared about how the characters really are in the comics Captain America would be as fast and strong as Wolverine. Like how Cap was in Marvel Super Heroes lol.
Or Shield Slash would do 50% damage a hit. Damn Shield can cut off limbs when he throws it. <_<
