It's because people are sad and lonely on the internets and take any opportunity to feel a sense of comradery with others by blurbing out memes. They feel a sense of bonding with others because of ridiculous buzz topics: Mango sentinel was last weeks, this weeks buzz word is "Capcops".
These people are the reason competetive gaming will never exist in the mainstream ;).

You know one hand we as a community should be trying to be accepting of the new people trying to come into the community and the best way we can do that is by being friendly to new people and answers any question they may have no matter how stupid.But what your saying about not using memes, i don't agree with at all, they are a part of what makes a community a community just like tournements, the people and the game itself, they help personalize the game to people by having specific terms for specific things

wow people had little health in mvc2 but good lord u always hangin by a thread dont even speak of jeans health wow and its not even really at a trade of huge power its gonna be awesome but i feel like mathces might be onesided allot and u have to becarefull not to make mistakes and it looks like the person playing needs to slow down button pressing to connect combos frame tap baby

Hey guys, STFU about him being lame. It took me five years to beat Onslaught in MvC, yet I trashed Cyber Gouki in MvSF.
Reason being? Onslaught is, more or less, the MvC SNK Boss. No more, because of Galactus kicking butt, but, I still hate Onslaught.

Meh, I still feel cheated after these ten long years. And CAPCOM side feels under powered compared to the Marvel side. I just wish there was better CAPCOM characters to chose from, because there side is lackluster!!!!
