I love the dramatic little gasp that the game plays when a level 3 hyper is activated. Dormammu's level 3 is my favorite.

I love Akuma but I mean, if you think about it he only has 3, ground/air fireball/beam, his shoyuken, and his WotRD. I just can't count his beam and fireball as different.
