You just revealed how mediocre _you_ are. Gutter_Trash89 is right now, he is baiting tech throws and has the meter to cancel out of the DP if the opponent blocked.

I love seeing PlayerJun52 (he is Bon in AE and a Master Rank), that is how Ken is supposed to be played!

Definitely more to this ken than just a few "lucky openings." You're only looking with your eyes. There's so much more going on behind the screen in the player's head. And definitely more to this ken than just a few "lucky openings." I'd elaborate but the previous comments speak for themselves.

And also the c.tech. punish w/ S.Med & S.Heavy kick? Too sick! Jun's really been in the lab! Most of those setups i've never seen with Ken!

I always wanted put off his cr. lk, cr. lp, cr. hp into hp dp combo well but his timing is so different from Ryu's it throws me off. Adding the online lag doesn't help either.

I agree 100%. This kid does nothing but uppercut. Random and retarded. Videos of Ken players should never make the front page anywhere. And just think,Imagen,if he didnt mash SRK every chance he got,no-one would be saying anything,cause without abusing that move,Ken is nothing.

I have to agree with everyone here this is a prime example of how good Ken is in the right hands. And to the dissenters who say he's just uppercutting one the majority of them were done in combos, and the rest were all safe considering meter. Then again if you watched this and have something bad to say you probably need to be playing something else.

Man...I gotta say...I have never been a fan of Ken.
No doubt...like the last few comments...in the right hands Ken can be a sick dude and entertaining to watch...which this Ken is...but...I do see a few random DP's in there..or maybe they were just good reads of what an opponent does after a block string?

Yeah. Flowchart Ken. In the end, Ryu is better for his superior Advance combo's and juggling.

WHY defend Ken? He's near top in every game he's ever been in and daigo, mago and tokido feel he's top five at AE. It's like rooting for Sagat.

P.s. Did he get a damage nerf in AE because he's taking 5-600 off per combo without Ultra. Honda can't have damage but Ken can? Kidding me?

If he can spam shoryuken and win by it, he deserves it. There is a way to beat this shoryuken spam. It's called blocking. If you can't block them you are the scrub because all it requires is holding a back motion.

Who's better? PlayerJun is widely known as being up there with Momochi and KichijyojiKEN (sp?) for being the best Kens in the world. And really, you aren't nearly as good if you can't see the throw baits and the meter to safely cancel.

And easy links? He pulled off several one frame combos, and some one/two frame counter hit combos there. Cl. Mk to U1 is impossible unless CH and even then it's tight.

I understand you're likely pleased I'm responding to trolling, but really?

These players will make Ken become the new Ryu with the transition to AE. They will be so good... That every Ryu scrub will go to Ken now. I can already picture the online.

And lol @ the trolling here from people that don't understand that 95% of his Shoryukens are linked with other move that makes them unblockable. And not random spam...

Maybe some of you are the ones destroyed in the video... That might be it.

If you're not a troll, you're certainly blinded by bias. Let's lay out some facts based purely on this video that counter anything you might say.

1 - Level of competition. Iceage, Isy, ACE, Kof2002 and jyobin are all of a higher caliber than anyone you've played on your way to "A+". You only have to look at their videos to know that. You can't seriously believe they would lose to SRK "spam".

2 - Sheer knowledge of Ken's abilities. Did you see 1:54? It was a freaking MK CH/frame-trap into ultra. I didn't even know that set up existed. The level of execution in this vid is astounding, even if it is a highlights compilation. If your grandmother can do these things...why aren't you taking her to EVO? You and your gran could certainly bond while beasting. I'd pay money to see you team up.

3 - I don't think there's a single SRK in there that has a bad risk/reward. And if you think playing Ken without using SRK is the right way to play...well you're just naive.

Oh, and this is just an aside; your level of skill in relation to anyone commenting on your biases is irrelevant. It has nothing to do with the video or how valid your evaluation of PlayerJun is. At a certain point, it should enter into consideration, but with someone like you...it won't. Ever.

Another aside: if you are a troll and are laughing your ass off, know that I am neither mad nor have I wasted any significant amount of time on this post. 30 seconds, give or take. Problem?

what's impressive is, he seems to hit confirm counters (into something + ultra, or directly ultra) .
I cannot do that kind of stuff, it takes me more than several frame to see the word "counter"
