Curious at to a move on Storms list of normal commands: D-Pad + At + Sp ?? Not sure why you would want to hit the D-pad instead of using the stick. I am obviously not understanding something.

So THAT'S why I wasn't allowed to post the official move list in my showdown articles! It all makes sense now!
