Desk offered up these notes on the clip.
In Super Street Fighter IV, the start-up of Akuma's st. RH was increased in order to stop his Vanilla SFIV loop [st. jab, st. RH] repeat.
Under normal circumstances it isn't actually possible to combo into the st. RH. Every instance of it happening in this video is after a jab that cunningly avoids it's first active frame (i.e. it connects 'meaty').
Extra effort was made to avoid using training mode, in fact one of the combos in this video is actually impossible in training mode. Also, I have attempted to demonstrate the wide variety of characters on which Akuma can loop his st. RH.

The video was pretty tight. I especially liked the part where he was doing a combo on adon, did a rewind and into the roundhouse loop.
@TrollHawk - Why does he have to be a clown? Maybe he just likes to find impractical combos and make combo videos. I don't see anything wrong with that. People kill me with that, talking sh*t just to be talking sh*t. Just enjoy the video.

Ignore idiots like him. Jealousy's a b1tch at the end of the day hehe

That's what I stressed. It's not even a loop, and he also failed at pointing out that the major reason for the loop not working anymore is the st.LP hitbox nerf.
Also: Chun's "loop" is much easier to setup in an actual game if you ask me. That Akuma video is all about perfectly spaced meaties. Tokido, in his blog, stated how impratical and hard connecting standing Roundhouse is, to the point he doesn't implement it in his gameplan.
u guys didnt even bother reading about how he was doing these combos. im gonna put here for u guys to read.

I think it's weird that everyone is missing the crouching short into Demon Armageddon link in this video (0:41). Is THAT impractical? I'm sure people could pull that off in tournaments.
Eventhubs comments section is just pathetic, full of dumbass online warriors who think they are good enough to criticize anyone's gameplay
Desk has never said anything about these combos being practical, he never bragged about being a tourney pro or anything. It's just combo video, it's not a display of him being good
For you guys that think you are good. Maybe you'd at least know what the point of a combo video is. It's to show off combo's that AREN'T practical, are rarely seen and are difficult to pull off!
Saying things like "DUURR, these aren't practical in real play" doesn't make you a badass. All it does is prove how insanely stupid you are
On a lighter note, cool combo vid. Editing was pretty slick
Ouch. So much butthurt and trolling. I don't believe for a second any of you trollers are worth a damn in this game. If you were, you'd be able to appreciate this kind of video. Alas, you do not.
With that said, awesome video, can't wait to see more from Desk.
Nice. Now do some Vega combos. Chun Li and Akuma combos get boring to watch after a while.
I beg to differ. There are some nice combos you can do with Vega. But more importantly, I wanted to see what Desk can do with Vega. Seeing as how he has godlike execution and what not.
@5 congratulations!!!!!!!!
one of the biggest trues ever
@all who wants to post
noe**** read first the 23's post befor type something
@23 hey man you are RIGHT!
I will never deny Akuma is a beast, but it's still disheartening that we have three versions of him in AE.
