I don't see what the the big deal is about SSF4 3DS. I mean there are people out there that totally need dlc for the home consoles. I mean the 3DS isn't even out yet and nobody just gonna go out and buy one when they are saving their money for the new dlc they need! We need it! EVIL RYU! YUN! ONI! YANG! and the two others that haven't been revealed! Please listen to us we need it! Or at least give us better news than EVIL RYU and ONI!

You realize the arcades need to make money, right? Much fewer people are going to venture to the arcades to put their money in the machines when they have the exact same experience at home. Especially for a game like Street Fighter, where almost everyone who plays it plays it on a console. The SFIV arcade scene wasn't exactly that large. So the arcades need some exclusive content for a while.
Either:
1) Be patient and wait like a good boy.
2) Spend that DLC money on a better game entirely.
