If you'd like to read a solid breakdown of Haggar's normal, special and hyper moves in Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Sumoslamman has an article focusing on the mayor of Metro City. This write up takes a look at Haggar's attacks based on a close inspection of his gameplay and introduction videos.Next, enter the pipe slam. It has great range, can be used on the ground (Video 1 – :42) and in the air (Video 1 – :47), and causes a downward wall bounce if used in the air (Video 1 – :47). I’m assuming it causes a downward wall bounce when it connects on the ground too. Only problem? I don’t know if it’s a normal, command normal, or a special! It could very well be a special but because it lacks a certain… penache I’m going to leave it in the normals section.
His aerial drop kick (Video 3 – 2:11) stays active until Haggar hits the ground, much like Thor’s hammer ride aerial normal. You can super jump and then just drop kick all the way to the ground if you feel like it. I wonder if it works as a crossup? Hmm… While we’ve seen a bunch of Haggar’s standing and aerial normals, we’ve seen very little of his low magic series. We have seen a crappy looking downward open palm strike (Video 2 – 2:07). He also has a low drop kick (Video 3 – 1:46). I’m not quite sure what purpose it serves because it seems to blast the opponent away while putting Haggar into a knocked down state that he actually needs to get up from. Hmm…

@zombie_9mm to be fair not many people comment on these character analysis, since people seem more concerned with who's in the game and not the game itself. But even so you're right, it is awfully quiet even for one of these analysis write ups.
When Haggar does his lariat his testosterone rises from god level to beyond god level, resulting in testosterone poisoning causing minor damage to himself. Haha I explained it.
(Lol @ #4. The Mayor of America asks you
'Has [Insert Character here] tried to clean up the streets of Metro City?'
Akuma, Galactus, Phoenix...none of 'em.
PS: Capcom said they wanted Haggar in because Guy and Cody were already SFIV'ed. I applaud them for rotating their roster.)
He deconfirmed Sent which is good but he didn't deconfirm the Sent based life form named

It actually makes perfect sense for Haggar to take damage after doing the lariat. In the original Final Fight, you had to sacrifice a little of your health bar to do those special moves.
@13
I know, I played it, I was developing a canonical reason that's all.
Ya with darkstalker and akuma those were kinda suggesting they were not in, not blatently saying "Akuma isnt in". And out of all the shotos besides gouken, id say that Akuma is a very different shoto then ken or ryu, and to them they dont think akuma is a "shoto"
When the developer of the game flat out says sentinel and juggernaut are not in the game then i think you gotta believe em. If he lies then hes trolling so bad but hopefully he isnt, out of all the characters, Sentinel would be the biggest slot waster ever(besides cable)
I think he looks dangerous in the right hands.
