A lot of players have wondered if Frank West would be making an appearance in Marvel vs. Capcom 3, after his silhouette was spotted numerous times and he may have even showed up flying the helicopter in Episode 2. The fact remains that as soon as Capcom knew he was out his silhouette should have been removed from all promotional material and *maybe* an official statement could have been given. Honestly though, the 15 minutes in Photoshop would have been enough. — Thomas
Svensson: Just to clarify, you're saying that we should make an official statement about something that you've purported to be correct, that I told folks not to assume (which the folks in this thread appear to be aware of) and that was never officially announced (and thus why we've been using silhouettes instead of actual recognizable character art)? Does that request actually sound rational? It doesn't to me.
Amazingly enough, the thread I told people "not to assume" in was a thread that people were outraged that he might have been included. Here we have people who are outraged he might not be. How do we "win" again?
Changes happen to games over the course of development and Frank's future isn't necessarily yet written one way or the other.
If Marvel vs. Capcom 3 sells well, do you think it would take as long to decide on releasing a Marvel vs. Capcom 4? — Sean
Svensson: Do you mean, as long as it took us to go from 2 to 3 (which was about 10 years)? I'd think we could probably be a bit more proactive than 10 years between iterations if we knocked it out of the park. :D
That said, nothing for us to talk about yet. We've got five more weeks until we get to launch and I've got my fingers and toes crossed for sales success. We can use all the help you can give us on that front. Spread the word.
Marvel vs. Capcom 3 has a PC listing on Game.co.uk. Does this mean the title is headed to PC?
Svensson: As others have pointed out, unfortunately, not accurate.
It's not that the questions are unreasonable, it's the way that it was asked that's unreasonable. There are, however, people who DO ask things politely. I have a feeling Svensson chooses to post rude sounding questions to try and make those people look like jerks so people in general will act more rational on the boards.
@2
The problem there is that even when he answers polite questions he comes off as a dick. I'm not saying he's a horrible person or a jerk in-person, but I've never seen this guy answer a question without belittling the person asking and/or the question itself.
According to what I read here. Nobody really wants Frank from what was here. They were only asking about his promo stuff...not directly yelling at his disclusion.
I hope Capcom doesnt see what they thought. AMERICANS rather have Strider than Frank West!!! Heck B.B Hood is more popular than him!
Sven was totally professional in his answer. If anyone he was being jerk, you are WAY too sensitive.
And the question is TOTALLY unreasonable. "Capcom, could you please explain why this character who you never confirmed was possibly taken out of the game according to the information on this leak list we found?"
Good on Sven. If that's the way the question was actually asked I would've told him to get f**ked.
Like he said, 'how do we win' ?
Fans should be happy that MVC3 is actually coming out rather than pissing and moaning about Plank West & Mega Man
JEEEEESARSE !!!!
Well, I'm the last to call anyone a waste of roster slot. But when we get random characters like Felicia while characters like Strider "dont fit the theme of mvc3" or when we get clones like Akuma while Megaman, a robot who acquires the abilities of his fallen enemies supposedly "doesnt bring anything new to the table" fans have a right to be pissed. Capcom really screwed this one up.
Frank West is more popular than BB Hood for sure, and probably more popular than Strider. There are more gamers nowadays who have played Dead Rising simply because it was an early 360 title than have played Strider or Darkstalkers. Only big fans of fighting games would be familiar with Darkstalkers, as it hasn't seen a console release since the playstation.
Who the heck gives a flying flip about megaman if he is like any of the other crosovers he would be boring.......
Zero is way more appropriate for a fighting game and he even came in megaman blue for all you guys. megaman is a run and gun kind of guy, his hand is a freaking blaster for christs sake, he is not a fighter.
Zero has always been close range and he, therefore, makes a better fighting game character because he has more tools. sure you could make megaman have a stealing ability special but it would be unreasonable to ask capcom to make a 3d model for that.
im upset that mega man isn't in but if they make him dlc and frank they are going to bank off of those two like crazy.
So let me see if I've got this straight. There are people who DIDN'T want Frank West in? May I ask these people WHAT THE FLYING FRICK IS WRONG WITH YOU?! How can not like Frank West? A man who can kill zombies with frying pans, park benches and shower heads?
God, I don't like Akuma and Phoenix being in this game but at least I don't have to play as them. Why can't you Frank haters apply the same logic to Frank if he was confirmed instead of crying to Capcom about it? You're all soulless.
@ people who are calling akuma a clone
If you can't see a difference between akuma to ryu to ken to dan to sakura to gouken then you're a freaking idiot
i main juri in ssf4 and i can appreciate and see why all those "shotos" are different from one another and why one player would choose ken over ryu etc... sure in a crossover fighter its a little less important, but we can't forget that none of us have played the final build yet and we know for a fact that its not mvc2 so just stop complaining and wait for the game to come out
I hope MvC3 doesn't do THAT well in sales. I don't trust Capcom. They suck. I may like their games, but them as a whole can kiss my ass.
Now, hopefully MvC3 sells enough so that both Marvel and Capcom make a profit, and enough to give us new DLC characters. But I hope it doesn't sell SO much that they just make new iterations every year.
I don't want to see Super Marvel vs. Capcome 3 Turbo AE.
I wouldn't mind having Frank in but he needs better voice work. And why not CHUCK while we're at it? love the Dead Rising franchise and it should be represented. If it's not though the world won't end.
(Please Frank West. Haters can suck one. Inner fanboi has spoken.)
Did anyone ever hear about that game Splosion Man?
Anyone see that Capcom rip-off? Made me lose respect for them.
I'm pretty disappointed Frank was not in the game, but I wouldn't ask questions in such a rude manner. You can only put so many characters in a game and please so many people. I really hope Frank makes it as DLC, though. I really do.
well for me all i can say is i am very pleased with the roster i like how everything has shaped up so far i think we have the perfect blend of old school and new school characters i have to say at firt i didnt want akuma in the game because he does play very similar to ryu ken and dan and somewhat sakura but after seeing him in action i changed my mind i welcome him with open arms but still though the people who are talking about how bad megaman is musta be pretty blind megaman was a boss in mvc1 just like ryu and chun-li but when they moved over to mvc2 they just didnt play as well anymore im pretty sure if they added classic megaman in mvc3 he would play more like his mvc1 counter part jusss saying but still there will be haters out there but oh well ill just moove along then
@35
Of all that text, you do not have one period.
In case you're wondering, I'm a Grammar Nazi.
I'm gonna say that I love Frank West, the character, the game, I just love him. But, I'm gonna say this: even though I really want to see him in this game I'm glad they didn't put him in with the initial roster. I mean, this gives the developers more time to improve his game and give him more juice and when he's ready, he'll be tough enough to face super heroes and villians. Give him time. We've waited ten years for this game, I'm sure I can wait longer for Frank.
@34 Yes because it's all about what YOU want. Talk like that reminds me why I hate modern day gamers: they want developers to pander soley to them and not everyone else. Bite me jackass.
@LordTerminal The Frank hate came up at the time V. Joe was revealed. It happened because everyone assumed Megaman Volnutt was going to be in the game because of the Kattelox island stage. This lead People to believe since V.Joe was in and Zero was highly likely as well, that Capcom was being lazy with the cast by reusing TvC characters. In retaliation people shouted for Frank to not be in the game. (And it appears they got their wish.)
Now people only want him because they feel the roster is too small. And he's really the only character they can cling on to because of his silhouette. Either way the fans have dug their own grave when it came to Frank, and most likely Megaman as well, since the Megaman community was divided on which incarnation they wanted in the game. As for me I couldn't care less, about either of them, Capcom has given me the three characters I wanted more the anything so I'm set.
eh...Frank would be alright in MvC3 i guess. really lookin forward to Lei Lei tho.
I agree with Sven. He doesn't have to answer any questions for us at all. I'm tired of these one character fan boys, everyone crying about why this or that character didn't make it into the game. Seriously grow up man, these guys put a lot of work into this game and the mechanics behind it and all you care about is that one character isn't here. Sven handled it better than I would have. I'm a fan of all the "VS" serious especially MVC2 and I been happy with the cast in all the games, and I'm extremely excited and happy for the MVC 3 cast, minus Haggar. But I'm still gonna play the game like there's no tomorrow, people need to appreciate the hard work and not complain about the little things.
the thing with interviews is that you have to know how to ask the question without coming off as a jerk or a prick. the question that was asked here was well...poorly executed
You got to love it when people complain that their fav character isn't in a game and try to justify the character's exclusion by b!tching about what characters are in the game that they don't like. It's like going to a restaurant and trolling the menu because of the food you don't like - and just as stupid.
Truth is when the game comes out -
- There will be no one in the game you like and you'll dismiss it. If so, good riddance.
- There will be a handful of characters you do like and will whittle down what characters you play best and stick with them. (The outcome for any casual or average player out there.)
- You learn the whole cast and become a jack of all trades player. (A dedicated player who who's probably better than I'll ever be).
- Wait to find out who's top tier and run with those characters (For those looking for a shortcut to the big leagues or an easier road in competition).
Outside of that, that's it. The developers of these games can't please everyone no matter how hard they try and for the folks who are going to obsess over the game being short (insert character here) instead of enjoying the first new "Marvel Vs." in a decade can piss off. The rest of us are going to have a blast.
Feel free to flame me. I could give a $h!t.
id still rather have more variety in characters than have like 25 street fighter characters and 14 x-men characters.
in my opinion more variety in characters is better then going off a popularity contest.
though i bet they will make DLC packs with extra characters like venom and etc
@48
How did I waste everyones time for not liking Haggar? Am I not in titled to my own opinion? Because his character design is lame and boring, and his back story is dumb as well. People try to justify him bc he's a wrestling mayor, so what big freaking deal. I'm sorry that your a fanboy who doesn't have the same taste in characters as me. I'll put it like this when the game comes out you pick him and whoever else you want and I'll pick my team and we play? I have 360 and PS3 so it won't matter what platform you have I crush you on either, and show you why he doesn't belong.
@53 i agree i think he is DLC maybe with other characters like Thanos (maybe), venom, and megaman.
im also curious how the story is in the arcade mode (if there is a story)
since it seems like some characters are well interacting with eachother like iron man and morrigan and hulk and chris redfield. wonder if the DLC characters will be in the cool CG episode things they make and if they would change the story. i might be asking a bit much, but it would be cool to find out.
@50
I agree with you, most of these people are gonna play for a month, find out they suck and put the game down. Or find out who's top tier and pick them. These fanboys are annoying. I can't wait and won't be putting this game down for awhile.
@56
I like how you ducked my question and only responded with insults. So I'm gonna take that as you have no opinion of your own and can't back up the things you say with reason, you just simply say things. Now your wasting my time. Taking your trolling somewhere else because you won't get anymore responses from me, unless you can display some type of intelligence and respond like a an adult. You also ducked the challenge I issued to you...
@55 I was wondering that too... but making cutscenes for every character sounds hard. IMO, Venom and Megaman are the most likely candidates to be DLC. I heard also that Akuma, Dormmamu, Wesker and Doom are gonna be like mid-bosses or something.
Just saying megaman and ryu were not high tier in mvc1, they were near the bottom. if they had megaman in this game i'd want him to have a completely different playstyle than he did before, another one of those charcters with a huge amount of special moves from the series.
Frank would fit in this game, he's hilarious, and alot of this game is about comedy as much as it's about fighting it seems.
And also, seth said himself that shotos in a game like MVC basically are more or less clones, and there are links to prove it if you want. Felicia got in over strider because of TnA, lets hope she was worth it
@55 & @57
Still better than what we got in MvC2 and even MvC1 (where the endings were mostly comprised of in-game sprites.) The face that they thought enough to have a plot and a writer come in to actually write a story is above and beyond for any Marvel Vs. to date.
I don't expect the story to be Dickensonian or anything, but if it better than what we've ever had, it's an improvement. Let's be honest, unless there is an achievement/trophy involved or you're a completionist player, the majority of players will probably not beat the game with every character.
I'm cool with pictures and text if it comes to that. It's what we've had in most fighters and as long as we don't get some generic everyman-ending (like in MvC2 & Darkstalkers Chronicles), I'm content with that. Animation is a cool bonus, but as we've seen in some games (ahem, SF4, ahem) it doesn't turn out as well as we would like.
Let's be honest (that is, let's all agree with me) and say that NO ONE cares about Mega Man. No one ever has or will.
There was never any backlash about X not being in, there was never any reason why such an obscure character should be included in the first place, it just wouldn't make sense.
I mean there was what, 2 Mega Man games? And I've never played either, so OBVIOUSLY he's not a great character.
/sarcasm
thank you catalyst :)
i do ownder if they are going to use Thanos as DLC i mean i dont play as him in MVC2, but since he is the main villain in the second season of marvel super hero squad (voiced by famous voice actor Jim Cummings) you think they would advertise him also since he would make a great villain
but yeah even if they do just pictures is cool, but what i meant for story is that each episode shows that the good guys are working in groups. like if they had a story line, you choose which group to follow and you make your team based on that group :D
@73
Wait, he's voiced by Jim Cummings? The same Jim Cummings that already voices Mike Haggar? I'd say that bet ain't to far of the radar camseye. (P.S. I'd like to see him too because I recently read the Infinity Gauntlet arc. I loved it.)
deathquote
first i didnt know he was voicing mike haggar
and two yes he is the voice of thanos in the marvel super hero squad show. in season 1 he was voiced by steve blum and fun fact steve blum also voices wolverine in super hero squad AND in wolverine and the X-men...its like how nolan north voices dead pool in that spiderman game last year.
sorry in my written reviews i ALWAYS like to talk about voice actors...
@47
"He didnt suck in TvC...he's just not that fun. Most of us know his series is an attempt to get us away from Resident Evil.
Capcom publishes Resident Evil, hence Chris, Jill, and Wesker being in this game. That would be like Nintendo making Zelda to draw people away from Mario.
WE WANT NEW PPL FOR MVC3 CAPCOM STOP PUTTING THE SAME DAM PPL GOD THIS FEEL LIKE MVC2 ALL OVER AGAIN
As close as this community seems to be... There seems to be more tension than actual mutual understandings... I think really to get your point across, actions do speak louder than words...
I do not keep up with this scrub trash talk ordeal but I do like the fact that if you wish to insult someone due to their opinions or gaming skill... Then offer a challenge and get it over with. If they are they noob or scrub that you claim one to be... Then if you are that much superior to them... Issuing the challenge and winning it should be a cakewalk... None of the I wont do it because I have a real life excuse... It just makes you look more like the insults that you dish out to others.
All I can say from my own personal point of view... If people here have beef with one another.. The game will come out soon enough for you guys to finally settle it. If the game you want to settle the score is out right now... Then what are you waiting for. Step up or back down like a coward.. Anyways. Have a nice day you guys and keep up the good work Catalyst. Keep the news coming and, thanks to you and the nice half of the members of this site... You guys along with the news is what keeps me wanting to visit this site and make more friends.
You may have GUESSED RIGHT that it was Frank West sillouett, there is no denying that but you ASSUMED he was in the game. It's understandable why the sillouett would give you that assumption because everyone else sillouett made it in the game, but in the end, thats all it is, an assumption, you can't argue that.
Frank West as we know it is NOT in the game, case closed (no pun).
@50 My hero! But say what you will im still aalty about no Strider, it's shocking to me, but oh well. I got my Hulk team so im coo.
@76
I didn't mean it like that. Okay, Tara Strong voices Tron Bonne and X-23, Steven Blum voices Taskmaster and Wolverine. You see what I'm getting at? If the character was Sentinel all the guy would say before battle would be like "Target Locked-On, Engaging Battle Mode." but if we got Thanos there'd be more meat to a back story and more of a reason for him to be there, To me it just makes more sense,
I'd like to see Phoenix Wright yelling "Objection" to all u guys bitching around! But well, as a consumer, I think Capcom should've said something "official". Correct me if I'm wrong, but they made this "shadow" stuff to make a buzz in the community, am I right?
So, when we kinda "discover" who is "behind" the shadow, they freak out on US and say that they won't answer? And more, you guys AGREE WITH IT just because you don't like Frank? I don't give a sh!t about Frank, he's just another boring character from a boring mix of Resident Evil and GoW. But there are folks who like him, and they have to be respected! If not as human beings, at least as potential consumers!
It's OBVIOUS that Frank is that shadow! So, if he isn't in the game, everyone who likes him has every right to flame on Svensson, Capcom and everyone else. Why? Because they CHEATED! I dunno how this things work in the USA and Japan, but here where I live in (Brazil), we call it "Propaganda Enganosa" (something like Fake Propaganda), and every company who does so has to pay a good amount of money to their consumers! =D
im srry but sentinel wud be a waste of slot..my opinion
@85
This isn't false propaganda... They've already talked about this. FRANK WAS IN THE GAME, but they were having severe lag issues with him in the online play tests, and in order to keep from having to push the game's release date further to solve the problem (and avoid the fangs of the blood-thirsty fans) they HAD to cut him from the roster. Capcom had no choice. They didn't see that coming, who could've?
deathquote i understand what you meant. dont worry
and dee bradley baker voices viewtiful joe and fred tatasciore voices the hulk. both are well kind of the new age of Jim Cummings since they are both EVERYWHERE
and why is it that like 95 percent of this site has people complaining? couldnt we well be happy that we see new characters instead of moaning and groaning
@88 I got your point, but they should've seen this coming, it's their job man! ^_^
And well, this may be my fault, but I haven't seen any Capcom Producer say it out loud that "Frank was in the game, but we had severe lag issues with him in the online play tests, so we had to cut him from the roster", got it? In my honest opinion, this is what the Frank West "fanboy base" wanted to hear from the beginning. He is in? He is not in? Why? THE END! DOT!
As I've said, Frank isn't a char that I'd like to see in the game, I’ve tried him out in TvC but didn't make any good progress. But if he were a good one to my taste, I'd be crying out loud and throwing flames in Capcom staff just like them. Why? Because I'm not an idiot kid that they can manipulate!
They use us to make buzz about their product! Doubt it? We’re doing so RIGHT NOW - that's why websites like eventhubs exists anyway! The "community" is a free and powerfull mouth to mouth marketing! So, they can't change their mind some months later, don't give any conclusive answers (just some dodge troll here and there), and that’s it! They have to answer clearly, patiently and, in the end, apologize for their mistake - if they've made any!
Well, maybe this is my "Lawyer" blood freaking out, but I don't like to see a company making fool of a guy (in this case lots of guys), even if the guy were a fool himself since the beginning! lol
This is actually a legitmate question. Unlike MM Frank's actually had hints to his inclusion. His silhouette has been around since the game was announced. He's even on the comic book cover and European pre-order bonus T-shirt. Fans have a right to know what happened with him.
If Frank had problems during development and they had to take him out and they mentioned this earlier sure I would have been disappointed, but I would have gotten over it. But what irks me is that they continued to string the hopeful along knowing full well what their expectations were. They even continued to show his silhouette.
If Frank wasn't gonna be in the inital roster then what would make them saying so earlier any different than them saying other popular character like Gambit and Ghost Rider weren't in?
@1:
I agree. They're missing out on great games like this if they're sticking to PC & to expect most of the fighters to arrive on that platform (in which they won't).
@50:
I totally agree with you. Screw all the whiners who won't be buying this game because they're favorite character(s) didn't get in. They wouldn't be considered true MvC fans at all, & only true MvC fans would be able to enjoy this game of what Capcom is offering.
@91 I don't think anybody is being made a fool of. People just seem to take this game WAYYY too seriously and then get upset about something they weren't even meant to know.
I agree that word of mouth marketing is definitely a strategy that Capcom is employing, but it's the fans who are the lifeblood of the hype around this game. This turns against the fans themselves because suddenly everybody is expecting the best game in the universe and they will not accept anything less. Meanwhile those with a head on our shoulders are happy enough with what were getting, since it's already more than what we asked for.
What I'm trying to say is that the only people responsible for the fan's anger, are the fans themselves. Whether it's because of over-hype, unrealistic demands or just feeling entitled to controlling everything their precious little game company does.
#94
I agree. The irate fanboys get all emo over something they have no control over. All the whining isn't going to change a damn thing, so they can pout all they want while the rest are enojying the game with a big grin on their faces ^_^.
If Frank is in he's in if he's not oh freaking well. Life goes on.
Capcom must change the name of the game, Tatsunoko vs capcom 2 would be more accurate. I wish em the best!
But the game... I can't believe it! lol!
The sad part is that if the game really sucks, magazines, .com pages are handcuffed and cannnot do anything to tell the truth, they need sponsors like capcom to survive :/, and so all the games are beautiful and brilliant!
@94, I understand what you're saying man, but can't agree. This is business, and business is dirty. Fans have expectations because of CAPCOM, not because of the fans. They want to know about Frank because his silhouette is there! You see Megaman's silhouette? You see Dictator's silhouette? You see Dare Devil's silhouette? No. Why? Because they aren't in the game (or so it seems). But you see Deadpool's silhouette? You see Morrigan's Silhouette? Yes. Why? Because they are in the game. But what about Frank West? You see his silhouette and he isn't in the game. This just doesn’t make sense!
Man, if you saw that paper and haven't wasted, ehrrr, 10 minutes of your life looking for characters, ok. But almost everyone did so! I think Capcom made a mistake. Well, this isn't a technical mistake, a bug, a programming issue, nothing like that. They played with the expectations of lots of people and gained a lot with marketing. That's just unfair! If they don't wanted us to "comment", they would say clearly that West isn't in the game. But they don't do so, because this would slow down the buzz. To me, the game isn’t serious, but to Capcom the game is. So, don’t be naïve, they know exactly what/how/when they want to do everything!
I'm happy with what I'll get, but it's still unfair. In my opinion, this is worst than what TrollOno did with SSF4 AE, because Ono never said that, let me see, Elena was in the roaster, taking screen pictures with that little scary green devil! But with MvC3, they showed a character, made some guys get interested by the game, then disappeared with this character and don't even say clearly that he was dropped and why he was dropped! Well, we still have time, there's about one month till the release.
In the end, #90 is right, Frank probably is a DLC because Capcom like money! But demands balls to say that! lol
As I've said, this is my "Lawyer"-self speaking, because Frank was a character that I'd learn just to fight against, not to fight with, a "wasted slot" like some of you guys say. But makes me sad to see other guys screaming their ass out with, from my point of view, reason to do so.
Ho wow this is just a ridiculous amount of Frank Hate, Business Tactics, and other little tidbits and opinions. Reading everything and whatnot I can't really comment. I'm just stoked for MvC3 despite a roster smaller over MvC2. I honestly thought over 50 characters to be overly compensating and just excessive. I can dig the 30+ characters because in the end you only play less than 10% of the roster regardless. What Capcom does with DLC and the last two suspected characters is their and every other fanboy's baggage. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be enjoying my fighting games with what I've been given (and not read far too much into something that really shouldn't be as serious as people trick themselves into believing).
like i have said before i think its better have more variety in characters instead of like 16 characters that play the same (16 being an exaggerated number)
plus there isnt anything stopping you all from playing mvc2's roster since its ONLY 15 dollars from PSN and Xboxlive and the reaction to the character roster here is remind me how winey people were for L4D2 saying " oh im not going to play this game!" and instead they actually play it
over all i am going to have FUN (something some people dont get on this site) with this game and whatever characters come out is fine with me.
#101 Are you saying it's wrong for us to want some characters from MvC2 to come back for the sequel? I'm willing to go back and MvC2 for characters that probably didn't have a chance in the first place like Marrow or Sonson, but is it wrong that I want to see Gambit, Mega Man and Strider, characters that I actually like and should be popular enough to warrant a spot in roster in future sequels?
Well it seems Capcom has been keeping up with this trolling since the reveal of this game. It's dissappointing to say the least. but it still isn't a confirmation or deconfirmation. :/
no frank west? then bring out this guy then...
Asura from Asura's Wrath
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WX81dR...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y9SZ0S...
he will be godlike!
lord terminal no im not saying that you shouldnt hope for a character like strider to make a comeback it would be fun since he has two solid games
but what i am saying is that people on here complain that they wont play this game because of ONE CHARACTER. what i mean is if the character you want doesnt make it..well tough luck and maybe he will come back for DLC, but thats an if
plus Strider has been deconfirmed not just because his mechanics didnt work in this game engine, but that he is a licensed character and well i rather not pay another person for licening then i have to since they are probably having to pay a certain amount of cash for the total number of marvel characters. same goes with the JoJo series its licensed so you wont see any characters there.
would i have liked to have seen Rival School and Power Stone characters? oh hell yeah Rival School is one of my all time favorite games, but i dont let it judge my opinion on the game's roster just because one character isnt going to be in it.
either they make it into the main roster or DLC or not. just dont mope around the block just because he or she didnt make it.
i agree gamelink i didnt think frankwest was that bad....i use him with polimar and i kick some major booty
LOL @ pc give up guys its not dropping just play it on your 360 or ps3. but anyway frank west sucked in tvc imo i dont see the big hype of people begging him to be in it. i perosnally think that he will be dlc though hes too popular to go ignored
