• HyperCombo.net has a story showing evidence that pushblocking removes absolute guard in Marvel vs. Capcom 3. This falls into the technical discussion realm, and may not interest everyone, but if you're into these gameplay mechanics, it's a nice read. Sent in by MakingW.
• SpotATrain reuploaded a Dudley SSF4 tutorial in Japanese, even though this is in another language, you can still see some of what's going on.
• DannyTr4n created some small statues of Gouken and Ryu.
• Raphael Phillips did a Lego Ibuki image.
So basically pushblocking can f you up if I understand correctly.
Hopefully there is a way around those crazy setups, Seth Killian did say there was going to be some unblockable setups, wait till the game comes out! I just hope that infinites are not in the game. From a glitch and findings point of view it looks cool but it's really cheap tournament wise.
It depends on the infinite set ups, if they are game breaking and easy for anyone then they will fix it but if it's some really unrealistic set up that requires like a gazillion specifics I doubt they will fix it or will put it in the back burner at least. It won't be like MvC2 where there was no way they can update it regularly.
Really I would'nt worry about infinites too much, they exist in TvC but they are not common like MvC2 and are very specific.
Guess that means people gotta be smart when using pushblocking and not tapping buttons during block after they do so. dont see how it a glitch/exploit. Like people push blocking in mvc2 wrong they get blowned up by magneto.
Dormammu the Oro of mvc3 unblockable orb set up here we go!
@12 In time we'll know,we need to give this new game our attention and I'm all for Capcom putting quirky little glitches here and there as long as they're not broken. Think about it, a character gets a broken glitch and everybody will start to playing that.
@1
i'm with yah on the megaman reveal.

Hopefully we can get some character reveals soon. (megaman!)
