Viper's EX moves take an entire Hyper bar meter and She-Hulk can easily combo into her Super moves. These are just two of the notes in a Siliconera write up which offers some solid details about these two characters.For anti-air attacks, She-Hulk has a somersault kick. Unlike Guile’s flash kick, She-Hulk’s kick goes higher, but doesn’t have as much horizontal range. She-Hulk doesn’t have a projectile attack, so you have to keep your opponent close by. If an opponents starts tossing fireballs, She-Hulk can confuse another player by jumping back and bouncing off a wall before striking with a jump kick. One other idea I had, but didn’t get the timing right was to slide through projectiles. She-Hulk has a slide kick and a slide punch. You need to get some speed with her dash move to trigger the punch, but that puts She-Hulk on the ground, perhaps enough to duck under a Hadouken.

Anyway, I still think She-Hulk looks/sounds fairly boring when compared to the rest of the cast. I am looking forward to Viper though.
Why is no one helping me learn more about She-Hulk's dizzying throws? It seems like it has one for anti-air and one for an OTG grab but I need to know so more for fun combos with dizzy and such.
Does this mean She Hulk is a charge character?
