Capcom-Unity started hosting a weekly question and answer sessions with staff members today, taking comments from the Ask Capcom boards, blogs and other places.
They should ask about characters that are not in again. I need to know for sure if Cyclops or Captain Commando is in, there is just speculation and NO real disconfirmation on those characters. They should ask about the 3rd Darkstalker rep again also.
They are lying about still working on the DLC chars Shuma and Jill.
Also they just confirmed that the DLC chars will cost $10 for two chars.
1.CAPCOM VS SNK 3 ?
2.What Dose Capcom stand for ?
3.Captian Commando 2 and Red Earth 2 ?
4.Capcom Fighting All Stars Reboot ?
5.Future of Rival Schools,Megaman and DarkStalkers ?
>Tatsunoko vs. Capcom 3
...what what?
>Capcom's John D said that Jill Valentine and Shuma-Gorath are still being worked on, so that's why they'll be released 30 days after the game comes out.
But I thought the whole deal with buying the SE was so you could play Jill and Shuma-Gorath 30 days in advance before everyone else?
@2 Dont be a big baby! Megaman is cool but hes not going to make an entire game good or bad... who needs megaman when youve got Zero, Arthur and Haggar!? Megaman isnt THAT great....
Yall megaman d**k riders are funny crying and whining like no tomorrow. Just wait til character release sheesh.
Even though most of the toons for mvc3 gained some kind of popularity with the past few years, I'm glad there giving some underrated characters a shot. Ya I'm kinda a glad some vets returned, but still am kinda disappointed in the ones they did choose to come back. Back to under rated toons, they really should have gave some toons a shot, straight up, I would love to see Vulcan (to represent the summers family) in this game.
The was a special on g4 a while ago and they were talking about the influence that Bruce lee made to the movie, amine, music and game world. Just kinda sad no iron fist or lei will make it in.
Why are people asking about TvC3 when there has yet to be a TvC2?
Ultimate All-Stars does not count as a real sequel.
Gah too many fighters being requested/in production, we are gonna be over-saturated on fighters this year and the next.
for casuals should be ssf4/mvc3
for hardcore should be sf3:OE/cvs3 <<< btw WHERE IS CVS3
none of that tvc3/sfxt/txsf/DS etc= waste of time and money imo
MK9 for the gore fans
kof13 for the classic 2d sprite fighter
thats ALL we should need for a good while.
@11 They've already said before that even when SE purchased, you will still have to wait 30 days before being able to download them. They've said it over a month ago
Good don't make a pc version why waste man power on something that will be pirated.
Lmao @ #2 seriously boycott lol dude your the idiot who made a dumb bet if u wanna bet, bet on sports lol megaman was wack anyways lol
they can at least show gameplay of shuma and jill to see if its worth to pre order. they have shown us a bunch of characters that aren't complete in trailers.
(Seriously, did someone ask why weren't Shuma/Jill included from day 1?
Ok, next someone should ask why Yun/Yang/Oni Akuma weren't in Vanilla SFIV...)
2.What Dose Capcom stand for ?
"Capsule Computer"
it's a term they used for arcade cabinets.
(Hey triple S, you should calm down before you get banned. You've been at this for at least 2 days.)
#24
I agree lmao. Out of all the bets out there to bet on it had to be on a "little boy". If he loses $100 that's his dumb a**.
I actually have the first TVC, which is the import version, and is widely considered to be "TVC 1". The U.S. "version" is known as "TVC 2" because of how the roster, and not just the "sub-title" is different. They took out the silly genie character over licensing issues and in his place, added a few more characters to the roster. So it's not entirely "wrong" to refer to a new TVC as "TVC 3". What's silly is having more than one "Final Fantasy", but that's an old, burned out joke in itself. Hehe
Oh, an #2, stop acting like a #2. *BADUM PSH*

If you're a Mustang person you'd understand my name.
people just want mega man because they think youll be able to push one button for a fire ball.... because they suck at fire ball motions.... i mean thats what it seems like to me in MVC2 when i face players who pic mega man....
Too bad they were using the Astro A30 microphone. Nasal breathing gets in the way unless you put it in a certain sweet spot, and it makes you sound like you have a lisp. On topic: I can't wait for MVC3.
I hope the people that ordered the Special Edition understand that even though they will be getting a dlc code for jill and shuma that they wont be avaliable until they end you they month when everyone else can buy them. Capcon got me with the first SE FOR SF4 ha thenthey come out with SSF4 a year later i made a promise to myself that theyed never get me again.
#43, It DOES suck that the special edition buyers aren't actually getting to play Shuma Gorath and Jill Valentine earlier than standard edition customers. From the info at the time they were announced, it seemed like special edition would allow us to play with them early, but I was a little disappointed when RECENTLY, it was made crystal clear that we're really just paying for them in advance and that everyone will have access to them at the same time.
On another note, Capcom MAY "listen to the fans" when it comes to SOME things, but they have totally ignored a lot of note-worthy things, as well.
Some of you have heard me before, regarding my feelings on Yun and Yang in SSF4AE, so I'll spare you... for now.
I seem to recall more people saying they would love characters like Rolento, R.Mika, Hugo, Nash, etc. included in the AE roster, and not once did I see ANYTHING regarding Yun and Yang.
A lot of people say we don't need more "shotos" in MVC3, but for some reason, it's totally okay to have a FIFTH and SIXTH kung fu character added to the roster of SSF4AE...?
Sure, Capcom listens to the fans. -But they also have less-than-desirable people in a lot of the important positions regarding the big, meaningful decisions for what is and is not included in today's games, fighting or non.
Yoshinori Ono's not just a troll either. He's a level 1 troll on a World of Warcaft PVP server, attention-whorring in "Barrens Chat" with hsi Blanka toy. I'd hate to see all of the protein-based DNA residue he leaves on that thing after he decides to post a photo of a slice of apple pie with the Blanka toy and teases that he'll have an announcement of an announcement of an announcement of a surprise of a tease of an announcement of an announcement for the next semi-big, semi-well-known convention that he MIGHT attend in an offical capacity. Yes, this means that we won't see Street Fighter X Tekken updates until Lupinko leaks a list of a total of SIX characters on the entire roster by year 20XX.
I wouldn't be surprised if Inafune REALLY left Capcom due to all of the trolling and wacking off to Blanka dolls in Capcom's unisex office restrooms.
@#2 Dude...I would love to see classic megaman in the game...but unfortunately...his classic version wasnt really good at all. He wasnt much of a "fighter"...more like a "keep-away" character. I completely understand if Arthur took his place...being due to the fact that Arthur plays almost exactly like Classic Megaman. Megaman X wouldnt be much different, either. Im rooting for his EXE version.
Calm the hell down, just because a select few didn't make it through to Super doesn't mean they ignored the cries of their fans. Some of those inclusions were ridiculous and some of them may be added to a different title. One thing is for sure though they listened to the folks who wanted Haggar. Mike is in one rowdy ass game and they've made some extreme changes that seem to fit. Anyway way to much whining about obscure characters and on top of those like R. Mika would be widely unused.
@2 Why do we need Megaman when we have Arthur? It doesn't seem to matter about how popular franchises or characters are when they're picked (read: MODOK). It's pretty much confirmed he's not in via Lupinko's list anyway, have fun with that $100.
Megaman will more than likely be future DLC.
To say a character's popularity within their own series/games doesn't matter is false. You choose MODOK as probably one of the more extreme examples but he matters to alot of Marvel fans who of course know his background and can appreciate the fact he's in the game. Both sides have characters that are more familiar than others and of course the opposite is true.
Very nice.
