Is there a reason this was posted? Besides that guy is wasting his time, Roll already has an established moveset, no point in making another. Not to mention who in their right mind actually wants Roll anyway?
Don't get the Roll hate myself, she's an awesome, original character. Psh, typical reaction when a female char gets the spotlight here.
Must say I love this guy's movesets (especially the Wily). It's too bad they won't see the light of day from Capcom-like those fanmade alt costumes for SSF4. :-(
Maybe ... perhaps ... he loves Megaman characters and felt like doing one of these for all of them? Maybe? Hm? Megaman's been in VS games before, I didn't hear any pissing and moaning when he posted his moveset for Classic Megaman.
In short, those above who felt the need to piss all over this are pricks.

This isn't news and it doesn't help the community. In fact this will only help spread more misinformation within the community.
How about CAPCOM just makes a Mega Man fighting game!?

that's cool, but check out Silver Surfer Moves list from Deviant art. It's not that in depth like that, but it shows that Silver Surfer can be implement well on his board. Also, he didn't put any Supers, but it's worth checking out.
