Vanilla sf4, sakura didnt change much between the 2 so im assuming it applies to super aswell?

@3 only works off a counter hit. not super practical, because of the overhead's hit box.

@#4 Yep, will work in Super. Not 100% sure about the lk x-ups since I never use that anymore, but I'm 99% sure everything else still works the same.
