• DSP posted a video about Winter Brawl 5 and some of the remarks people in the community made about the commentary. He offers insight in what it took for Sp00ky to run the stream and what things are like behind the scenes, while also interjecting opinions about what we can do to improve commentary. Long video, but an interesting one.
• Brian Kasugano created a couple of MvC3 combo videos. One for Ryu and another for Phoenix. Highlights include two combos involving Ryu landing his Level 3 hyper twice, the latter one doing 100% damage to Sentinel — without using X-Factor.
• Bombzai.com did a storyline tier list for Marvel vs. Capcom 3. There is some pretty off the wall stuff in here, but the reasoning behind the listings is explained, mostly in humorous fashion.
• leGENdary kiryu uploaded an audio interview with Nubbb, who he believes will, "put Gen back on the map." This is part 1 of 5 part interview, and features gameplay footage while the two people are talking.
DSP is a stand up guy in all honesty.
I missed the incident between him and Ski but clearly he doesn't care all that much.
Maybe Ski will speak on it further in an upcoming podcast.
Eitherway, trolls will be trolls. I thought he did a good job on commentary especially when him and Dnyce were together.
Also, for people claiming DSP was just making an excuse in regards to his injury... Not true. He mentioned he hurt himself before he even left for the event.
wow DSP went on and on and on and on and ON. Im not hating on the guy but man, keep it simple and concise. He even said haters are not going to care about what he has to say anyway, why waste your time and breathe to say so much?
WB 5 was a great tourney. To be honest, I got tired of watching MvC3 matches. It got so repetitive. It was really boring. Nothing new. Everyone does the same combos. Everyone picks Sentinel and X-Factors to come back since he can take out a full health character with one simple combo. jwong was the only person I actually was interesting to watch because he picks character that no one else picks other than storm. His she-hulk, wolverine, akuma, tron and ami were awesome.

things about DSP are leaking onto the comment section here >_< atleast hes mentioned in the story, but that was a long winded explanation he had going there. Didnt even realized that Skisonic was getting talked over on like that...too busy watching the match too care.
The storyline tier was a bit comical, odd that the three involving fire are actually pretty good and used in actual teams... and the one involving lightning(cough) doesnt get touched.
Think Gen (to my knowledge) seems to be the only character to have a few people campaigning for him, but the character never gets a real following with the masses.
Yea I missed the "dispute" between DSP and Ski as well but after he addressed it in his vid it really seems like it was blown out of proportion.
And I find it pretty ironic that after watching WolfKrone and Inthul in the SSF4 GF that DSP was giving props to those players for being pad warriors despite the fact that he was talking down on Vangief for being a pad player and not being a veteran player in a recently released vid:
winter brawl was great. my only problem and its not so much with dsp. my main problem is spooky himself. i know that spooky wants his whole operation to be more professional and try to censor as much as he could by putting skisonic an keits in the commentary. i personal think it should be more of a variety of informative and entertainment. as fellow stream monsters, the stream was all waiting for ifc yipes to commentate. all this week we had to listen to boring (but informative) ass "one frame lag" commentating by keits and ski. ifc yipes an his friend (which i cant name at the moment) comes along finally in the commentate and brought mvc3 back to life. spooky only let him commentate for two matches an force them to leave in order to have more of a censored streaming.
im pretty sure im talking out the ass but as a stream monster for about 2 yrs. im afraid that the level of commentary will slowly go down because of the political(srk) correctness. being censored is not always a bad thing but when its gets into "mahvel" then im concerned.
also i dont know keits or ski so i dont have any reason to hate. i dont know yipes aswell an trust me when i say dick riding is know where near my agenda. even though i dont kno spooky i cant tell he lives his life 100% B.S free, so how can i not respect that.
There's no 100% Sentinel combo in that Phoenix video...
I didnt see the DSP video because he is the biggest troll in SF History, him and Ono are having a contest to see who is the biggest troll. DSP isnt worth my time anymore, I used to try and listen to what he says... its gotten old, he is getting attention for being a total prick for no reason. But you fools still feed the troll.
The tier list story is pretty funny at times. But the Ryu picture is freakin priceless!
That storline Tier list was balls, It doesn't really have much weight on it.
Yeah, I'd love to see Wolverine take Tron out of something like Bruno or the Gesellchaft. <__<
