I wonder what the conditions are for that graphical bug to occur. Seems to be in Arcade Mode only, which IMO, is not a good enough reason for Capcom to have delayed the game. They are probably well aware of this bug, and are planning fixes in the future when the game receives it's first patch.
The Spencer bug however, is pretty unacceptable.

everyone calm down the game is not glitching. the guy(s) who made these videos probably have a disk that has scratches all over it so it messes up witht he character model. Remember back in the day when ps1 disk use to have scratches and you could not see solid snakes head in MGS? hah good times.
This guy is a failure it's obvious hes attempting to mod the game and as result hes getting those results. as a matter of fact i can make characters invisible and i can make a video on it to proof the game is flawless and this guy is a troll.

pretty cool also i wish i can get vids but if u get stuck behing chun when she does her rapid kicks u get stuck for as long as she continues to kick
the 3rd graphical glitch isn't that big of a problem unless you like looking at the background, the Aurthur 1 is the biggest graphical glitch since it totally obscures battle the Captain one is pretty small unless it gets worse when you throw the shield
the Spencer one is just funny to me
all are easily patched since the Cap one is just a issue of modeling f*** ups, Aurthur will take a little longer to fully be fixed but it's possible, The background is easier fix than cap since it seems like improper texture load. Now the spencer one's going to be a doozey
