There's also an older set of videos with the Japanese voice actors for Street Fighter 4, which was posted back in August 2010.
@7
I know what you mean. The Japanese voice of Sagat sounds like he has Downs Syndrome.
haha I'm really surprised this guy from TMZ knew what SF is. Anyway, this was funny.
@#11 yes I wish they had a third option where they did speak their native language... thats how it suppose to be IMO
I have no issue that the characters speak English instead of there native tongue.
I do however have issues with the fact that the characters should sound like they have there native accents though.
ie.. Dhalsim would be fine talking English as long as he has an Indian accent.
Sadly though, Capcom must not agree with me though
I have all my voices set in jap because that's how I first heard them at super arcade back in 08...I remember when I saw the english trailer and heard the english dub thinking wtf??? but im glad they at least gave us the option to change voices so everyone can be happy.
There are no really best audio version overall, some characters are best dubbed in English other in japanese. For native english speaking characters (such as balrog, rufus, cammy, etc..) I chose the English voices and Japanese for the others. (Shoryuken sounds better in a real japanese voice than in a japanese with english accent voice)
Anyway they should have made him say a few more words with his sagat voice, but still it's awesome lol
That guy even looks like Sagat because I think he is a 7 foot tall bouncer
I knew his voice sounded familiar. that dude was in Pirates of the Carribean: Curse of the Black Pearl.
The weird pronunciation Japanese Sagat uses kind of grows on you, but I say this guy's voice is distilled awesome. It's perfect for the King, full of power and dignity.
Awesome lmao.
