Ever want to know what the TV spot for Marvel vs. Capcom 3 looks like in the Land of the Rising Sun? Fawaz and Oraez spotted this.

People often confuse the difference between a spot and a commercial. Spots are usually only about this short. 15 seconds isn't anything to whine about.

That is one of the worst commercials I've seDen. Although I thought it was pretty funny when they brought in a random American to read the title of the game.

The US commercial, both 15 and 30 sec were epic. This one was...kinda cheesy with the hero thing.
Admittedly, it is hard to advertise Marvel in Japan.

@9 I was referring to production and post production costs. I should have been clearer. But I'm sure Capcom is targeting more of their advertising budget to the states than to their own country.

I think it translates to "Where are the heroes in this world?" and then "the heroes are here."

As weird as this video is, it gives the crazy feeling of a vs. game- very Japanese. So I think its more faithful to the Vs. series than the american ads which make the game look too serious (come on, any game where MODOK and Bonne are playable characters are not serious).

I still like the american UAS commercial the best though lol,

i dont understand why japanese people dont like this game i mean i understand before with mvc2 it looked american with all american characters but now the look of it looks like what they been pumpin on america for years full of color a little cartoony zany and hilariously fun so why wouldnt they wanna play and i dont wanna hear its just because of the arcade aspect when they say themselves there arcades are dying out as well and most of them still play ssf4 on home console anyways

Very simple but throughly confusing for the first time before you figure out its , hopefully there's a kick ass "fish story" type long(like 2 minute) commerical for it..
