i own a fightstick but i dont use it for ssf4 (yet) because i struggled to get used to it. Im going to wait until mvc3 before i move onto the stick so i get a fresh start. is this stupid of me??

yes it is. if you want to learn stick, lock your controller away and don't go back to it no matter who bad you lose or struggle. you WILL become better with time, and you'll SEE those improvements. it's a hard road, but once mastered it'll pay off million times. ;)

Desk is the American Sako, no doubt. Oh, and I'm sure if I like his video's for the execution and amazement he instills in me, or for his badass music.

i wouldn't call it stupid, but like #5 said, if you want to get better with stick, just start now, and dont go back and forth between stick and controller, go stick all the way, no matter how much u feel u suck with it lol

Also, if u can, i suggest playing MVC2 with it, so you can get used to doing inputs without shortcuts (since marvel 3 wont have them):)

Is that a modded hori stick? I don't know for sure since I got into japanese style joysticks starting from Madcatz TE. Anyway...why is his execution so gdlk? How does desk compete in real tournaments?
