Seth Killian Marvel vs. Capcom 3 interview package

Posted by Catalyst
February 5, 2011 at 8:41 p.m. PST
Three Seth Killian interviews where he opens up about Marvel vs. Capcom 3 were posted on the net this evening.

The interview with Zadzooks Video Game Minute talks about the individual characters and what they're capable of, plus mentions that the rage-quitter system is decided by your disconnect percentage.

Hit the link for the other two vids.

The next one from Angry Bananas focuses mostly on the game play and character balance.

The last one from the Cross Counter guys starts off with an interview from Miles Mosley and has a brief bit with Killian at the end.

Sources: Zadzooks, Washington Times, AngryBananas.com, Cross Counter TV on YouTube. Tips from Akki, Deondre_0, Firebringer and Yasir.

The fun part about a marvel vs capcom game is that there's no character that really doesn't fit... except Strider.

Pretty cool remix to the X-Men Cartoon Theme if only Capcom added that song to the game soundtrack for training mode or something

A tiny bit of respect was lost for Seth for playing as Sentinel. He's awesome enough that it doesn't really matter.

Only thing about fighting games is the learning curve...Fighting games will sadly never be as popular as they once were due to difficulty. And they keep getting more and more difficult to the point most people dont have fun. Thats why shooters always sell more because they have easier mechanics and lag doesn't affect them like fighting games. I suck at shooters though! I miss the glory days of fighters when most were attracted to them because they weren't as complicated.

Too bad Guile didn't make it, that would have been a nice remix. He's too limited in my opinion to be effective but he's always been cheated out of a new theme. Much like his late edition in Alpha 3, he finally makes it to mvc when there are no character themes. Now that MvC3 brought them back, Guile is a no show. SF4 wasn't all that and I bet SFvTK will reuse some music. Maybe TkvSF?
