I thought Niitsuma said that all characters orignially had lvl 3 hypers. But some were taken out. Such as spidermans hyper well he ties you up with web, it was supposed to be a lvl 3.
Not everyone has a lvl 3, maybe Spencer doesn't have one.

He said that the plan was originally to have each character have a level three, but midway through development they realized that it just didn't suit everyones style, so they changed it to just 3 specials. Doesn't mean spidermans web move ever was a level three, they could have decided that not everyone would have a level 3 long before that.
I'm not talking about a level 3 hyper, but a third level 1 Hyper.
Niitsuma said that every single character has 3 Hypers, but not everyone has a level 3. So, a character can have 3 level 1 hypers, or 2 level 1 hypers and a level 3 hyper.
But in the case of Spencer, we have seen just 2 of the supposed 3 hypers. Do you get my point now?

Whether Spencer has a 3rd hyper or not is unknown. When I played I tried everything, nothing seemed to work. I don't think he has one. Taskmaster lacks a 3rd hyper also. Not that they particularly need a 3rd hyper
That picture was definitely NOT 1AM....that's a picture of my group, we were 1st in line. When we got there at 3AM it was REALLY dark. ONE of our friends got there at 1AM to hold a spot, but it was just him until we arrived at 3.
PS - The location was awful, I wish Capcom would stop choosing locations where bums beg you for money in line, just saying.
(Why West coast T-T? Please leak all DLC chars while you're there, along with costumes. I know you're gonna be there, leaker!)
