Dare devil can cancel as well at the cost of visually impairing your opponents HuD info.
Doc Ock and all the cool cards that give you and your assists new combo abilities cost too much meter. All the stuff that lets you creatively cancel will blow through your bars immediately.
That's why Heroes and Heralds has pretty much degenerated to Sabertooth/Luke Cage/Luke Cage and FouLou nonsense being 90% of decks. It's just efficient, even though it's boring.
Very impressive, H&H allows to create some interesting combinations which allow some very catered, fun but broken results.
As butterknife has said, most the online warriors wont pick this combo though as it means higher execution and why rely on themselves for results when they can fall back to sabretooth and luke cage x2 for easier wins.
i actually thought about making a video like this using the special cancels last week. But then i thought, "Eh.. i'm sure Desk will do it, i'll just wait"
and i'm glad i waited cause his ideas are way smarter than mine. my video would've just consisted of firebrand cancelling L and M fireballs over and over.

@10 that goes without question, I was letting him know the other cancel cards available.
Plus when you have Lin as a main card it makes things a lot easier as far as meter usage, Canceling Chris's combination punches to make him resemble Dudley/ Haggar on screen is godlike. I was gonna do a video of it dubbed over with Dudley's sound effects but I thought Desk would have done it too, lol. However he didn't so I should do it for fun.
Yeah the Dr. Oct is a cool card and I disagree with excution being harder lmao ur just tossing special after special, However I do agree with it being sort of useless when someone is playing the Daken and or Sabertooth luke cage cards, you need xfactor damage to take them down, you know they are going to run the whole match if they lose that first character and canceling specials isn't all that effective from full screen away unless u got Hawkeye!
You can hit confirm Chris's machine gun into Magnum into HC
or just lock them down with sentinel drones. if you are in the life lead. you can actually kill anyone if you get a confirm off of one drone in X factor.
