Sako combo doesn't work on Seth. The combo you see him do consistently through the set, tkcs cl.hp cr.mp cr.mk hsa is the highest damage Cammy can do on Seth. The punish cr.hp st.mp hsa is the strongest option for standing Seth starting grounded, which is what he used to punish blocked DPs.
Sako combo is character specific, doesnt work on everyone.
