AAfter the jump there is an Adon vido showing some character specific combos that use his jaguar kick, a 4 EX burning kick combo from C. Viper and a Gen video showing off all of the changes from AE to 2012.
Noir2x2 created a video showing off a C. Viper combo where she uses 4 EX burning kicks for about 528 damage.
leGENdary kiryu created and sent in a video to show all the different changes to Gen from AE to 2012. There is a lot of detail here and it's pretty informative for anyone wanting to learn or anyone who plays Gen already.

Chances are you're not landing a naked lvl 3 focus attack in the corner, especially with C.Viper she has the worst focus attack in the game.
Also, chances are you wont have all that meter with C.Viper

Chances are pretty high actually. With her rush down and ability to keep on you, she can stun you with just 1 hit put you in the corner. This combo or part of it is pretty likely.

Chances are you're pretty stupid if you think the only way this starts is from landing a naked lvl 3 while both characters are in the middle of fighting. There's something in this game called stun. Viper's pretty good at dealing it out too. Maybe you should look into it.
I'm really tired of them giving this ***** such absurdly high damage options... how the heck can she have such safe moves AND such ridiculous damage output, and then be granted even more? yes, i'm annoyed about this. especially when they nerf the damage of a character who has a hard time doing good damage output.

Hey retard, It won't do 500+ damage if your opponent is stunned and it also will do ummm, 0 stun if your opponent is already stunned. research damage scaling
Learn to play the game or atleast educated yourself on the character your discussion before you get all bad ass on the keyboard kid.

Seriously Grimey? Stupid people should learn not to speak. By stun, I mean Viper can easily stun somebody in the corner, and that can be off of one mixup hit. It's literally what the poster right after you just explained. Then she can do her focus lvl 3 into this combo and it will still do a ton of damage. So next time do the right thing and accept your stupidity with quiet dignity.

It might not do that amount of damage. But remember you can still be stun off of one hit attacks if you are close to stun to begin with. So if you get hit with a one hit move that deals a good amount of damage, and a already in the corner viper can pull this combo off and it will STILL be a huge amount of damage.
"These two combos are character specific but do a lot of damage" does that mean these cody combos only work on certain character? if so, aw man.

Yes "Character specific" implies that it only works on certain characters. The best way to handle or remember a large amount of character specific information is to look at your worst match-ups and remember what works and doesn't work on them. Example: If you don't have problems with playing vs Ryu's why worry about information about him when you don't have a problem playing him.
Viper has over 1000 stun combos that haven't been posted yet that are character specific and has midscreen ultra combos also character specific that we're possible but are retarded easy now that haven't been posted. She has what she needs since she is a situational comeback character
I don't care dude, Viper has been my main since original SSF4 and I'm not gonna stop using her because some may think she is broken. My execution is not the best but not the worst either. I worked hard to learn her. Viper has a lot of bad match ups and the worst ones got buffed but that's not stopping me from learning the match up. Before v2012, Viper wasn't changed much since vanilla and if you couldn't learn the match up with your character after all of that time against Viper, then that says something about YOU.

I picked up Viper day one in Vanilla because I liked her moves while everybody else was happy throwing fireballs with Ryu and Sagat, and received a lot of praise for it. But as soon as Wolfkrone and Latif showed up, I kept getting hate mail. It was so annoying actually that I started playing Hakan.

go hate on another character like you always do, just because your execution skills are too bad to play viper, go play seth, easiest character with strongest moves and all of you are saying, ohhh he's so low tier, "poongko can rape japanese with lowtier character ohh"

It never stops man, I stopped using Viper for a while at some point and went to Sakura and the hate mail was still coming. That's when I noticed that the hate mail is just an excuse to make the loser fell better about themselves over a loss. Sakura isn't broken at all, people just suck.
