The development team confirmed a glitch with AE 2012 today that relates to the DLC costume pack "Arcade Challengers". This is how they describe the problem.

If you want to be clear on what is best for gaming, it'd be on a PC, easily. With that said, why doesn't everyone play on PC? Because it's a matter of preference. I just enjoy playing on Xbox more than I do on a Playstation. Simple as that. Each console has their unique aspects that make them good. It's just a matter of preference.
First off, paying to play online doesn't make you a more serious gamer. It didn't make you one back when X-Box's online was better (which, it isn't anymore, they are both on par with eachother)
Second, I'd LOVE to see your reasoning behind why spending more money makes you a) a more serious gamer (which you said) or b), a better player (which you implied)

Console wars are lame. But it is a lot easier to travel with a console than a pc and hook up to a tv in a hotel room when you're traveling to lets say a tournament.
@3 Not true. It could be a way the game calls the menu. Capcom might have written it wrong.

there is another bug (don't know if is caused by the costume pack cause I have it) but it also affects if you take your AE dlc to another console via USB (using SSF4 disc and the files of the game) on the Press Start screen, when you press start, it freezes and have to restart the console.

I have both systems. Playstation Plus nets you no improved service. Not sure what my xBox Live Gold subscription does for me either compared to the free version. As I play SSF4:AE on both systems, I cannot tell the benefits of playing on one versus the other. You still have morons who create lobbies then either kick you off, or not respond or have incredibly disabilitating lag (either from the beginning or half-way through) or just cannot simply connect to. As well having said morons who refuse to even install the frakk'n game on their consoles. The majority of issues seem to center around "stupid". For which, as many of you are aware - there is no cure.
And boobs are good. Anyone who thinks of granny flapjacks as the first thing comming to their minds when thinking "boobs" has their own internal issues to deal with and you have my sympathies.
And here I was thinking that only happened to me...thank goodness. Hopefully Capcom will fix it soon!
