His right eye(ryu's right) i think needs to be a little bigger, but other than that good job

Painting skills are great. But he really needs to work on his character design, they always end up looking so bad. Every single one I've seen ended up with a horrible face/expression.

The painting is pretty good for a monkey, what he is not actually a monkey?!?!?!? Then never mind....

Some people just live to hate. It's like the only joy in life they have is when they try to make what other people like look like crap. It's sad really... While I admit, his figure drawing & faces do need more work, his eye for color & overall painting ability showcased in his videos is very much above average & nowhere near crap.

I wish I could paint this well. Good stuff.

Ryu looks different in every game he appears. To me he looks spot on. Then again I'm writing from a blackberry and I'm not seeing the portrait well.

According to the Street Fighter II manual, Ryu was born in 1964. I don't know what year the different games are supposed to take place in though.

I think at this point, dates and timelines are completely irrelevant in Street Fighter.

^It's a sliding time scale, so there are rough age ranges and a chronology, but they don't refer directly to calendar dates.
