People also listen to button taps, either intentionally or unintentionally. So chances are the extra tapping is to, as #10 put it, help guarantee the move will come out and to keep the other person from listening on.

I know his always been a well rounded character etc (i picked him up after super dropped after figuring this) but its not like his getting half the buffs half the cast is, i mean his only getting +10 damage on all angry scarred TU and a hit box extention of c.MP but thats all (not like he needs any more though as that would be broken.com)
He was already top tier in AE, many said top 5 or so. The fact is that he didn't receive any nerfs (that are known so far. Rush down has been majorly toned down thanks to the nerf of the twins and fei.
As I said, he wont nec be the strongest char in 2012, but he will def be in the top 5 and that combined with the number of people jumping ship from Yun/Yang/Fei and the fact Sagat is already one of the most popular characters in the game at all levels of play means that we will see him show up A LOT more.
Doesn't mean he is going to unbalance tournament results, there wont be "half the top 8 is yun" like in AE but out of all of the chars Sagat has the best chance to be the most POPULAR.
Once again, I don't think he is going to imbalanced or even "the best" I just think he will be the most popular due to his existing fanbase, strong moveset, metagame being in his favor (rushdown getting nerfed), and number of players leaving their current mains to jump to a new strong character are going to make him a favorite.
@13 Sagat is popular..... in Japan. In the US almost everyone lacks the temperament to be a good Sagat player, for that I will be extremely surprised to see him getting a boast in popularity.
Actually if you had watched the SBO quals this year you'd see that Sagat is actually fairly popular in the US. Def not even in the same league as how popular he is in Japan, but probably in the top 10 most played character even during AE for the US tournament scene.
at the very least they could have gave cammy one safe lk drill... yet she has nothing safe... so stupid, she has to spend meter to be safe while rufus dive kicks all day
