u forgot how to read? i didnt call louffy a scrub, i called him trash when compared to a rose player who know when to do safe spirals, good mixups, and just a better understanding of the character like kenshikaran. louffy only gets far in EU because nobody even bother to learn the match-up and he just exploits it.
oh yes louffy beating ryan hart's YUN 6 times in a tournament means that louffy is trash compare to ke4karan lmao.....just so you know ke4karan was suppose to win against Makoto. It's in Rose's favor in super and mostly even in AE because of Makoto's huge comeback favor and the fact that she can sometimes stop Rose's footsies. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that louffy is better. But as a Rose player I know how to tell when people play differently with a character. It's not because Ke4karan rushes down his opponent more than louffy that automatically louffy is inferior to him

he was suppose to win because he played the wrong way. Focus backdash each makoto jump in isn't the way to win against makoto. A lot of times he could'Ve done MUCH better but he either went panic mode and start pressing buttons or didnt apply pressure properly. So considering all the bad things Shiro did. There were numerous of time where keshikaran wasn't suppose to be in the corner / nor lose a match.
I could say the same thing regarding ke4karan and him at tournies in japan. Do I hear a lot of about him during tourney ? No.
Luffy didn't make it out of the poll. Do you at least know to who he did play ? against Mago's fei and Blanka (dunno if it was Riceata). 2 bad matchups for Rose. So your point is not valid.

it's a bad matchup for Rose because it takes 2 full rekka to bring rose to the corner. Rose in corner = free pressure for fei.
Fei's trap rekkas > rose's footsies
Fei's 400 damage combo > rose
Also the fact that any combos that fei does brings Rose to the corner doesn't help
Fei vs Rose is not a big bad matchup it's like 6-4. If the Rose player can play effectively with footsies.
But you can't just think of it as "fei long vs Rose"
It's mago's Fei. Mago's Fei is exceptional

i disagree about that for the rose vs fei long matchup...while it is tough for her undoubtedly, it's because she has good normals that the guy match up is in her favor...the patch will make things easier for her with the current rushdown kings...she's the only character aside from vega that i feel bad for when it comes to the damage output for strict combos....
@14 im pretty sure your thinking about third strike. ive never seen karakusa into U2 in ssf4.

- A lot of people can punish Fei's second rekka. But Fei can also frame trap it.
- Having a move doesn't necessarily he needs to use it randomly. And chicken wing isn't really useful in this matchup unless you read a soul spark.
- she has amazing footsies that are defeated by rekkas / OS rekkas with cr.lp / cr.hp at max range
- U2 gives nothing. only space to breath. Since when you need an ultra in a matchup do win ?
- You don't do flamekicks with fei against backdash. you do OS rekkas. And all your option selects are safe since Rose's reversals are slow.
- Lol wrong. Good feis don't go for crumple. They try to bring Rose to the corner. That's the fastest / simplest / safest way to beat her.
- The matchup was never in her favor. It was 5-5 in Super and in AE its in Fei's favor.
- fei can also punish Rose's spiral's on block

You guys make the matchup seem so easy by just making some random points. Its not as easy as u think to outfootsie rose with fei long by doing just rekka, u have to space it perfectly otherwise she gets a free cr.mp xx ex spiral(yes first rekka hit). Judging by the top players results of these character(mago, luffy) the matchup is pretty even maybe slightly rose favor, and tier rankings/matchups all are based on the top level play. So all your words means sh*t griever2000 since im sure u aint on magos nor luffys level

Basicly luffy is the best rose and mago is the best fei long so this is definately what the matchup shows. And im not tryna protect fei either, i can give a sh*t about that but its just facts. @22 Louffy is not the best rose :/ Maybe in Eu but still I reckon Sako's Rose is bettwer even though he dropped her. Louffy plays a basic rose, it's solid and I'm not saying he isn't good because he is but calling him the best rose is pretty iffy imo :/
And Mago is not the best Fei long more like one of the best. I would like to argue that Fuudo is better but I wont so I would classify them as even for now.
Just because you say Louffy is the best rose player it doesnt make him equally the same skill level as Mago. Daigo is the best yun or argueably the best yun so are you saying louffy is on daigos level in skill? I respect Louffy as a player but calling him equal to Mago is just a joke.

@14 Karakusa in SF4 sucks balls. It is not possible to do Karakusa - ultra 2. The ONLY possible ultra 2 combo setup is FA crumple. Otherwise you have to use it on reaction. And heaven forbid that the opponent gets hit by it in the air (they will get up while you are doing the rest of the attack to nothing.)
Ultra 2 is often the better choice due to the fact it is her only real viable reversal, but it is as a "get out of the corner" move more than an actual threat.
@25 ok fine mago is better than luffy but luffy is still the best rose, i've heard that from tons of top players and sako no longer plays her. If mago is more skilled than luffy and yet still loses to him then the matchup is even worse for fei than i thought.
Sad to say but any rush down character that has a dive kick like Rufus and the twins, ones that can lock you down with a lot of combos like Cammy, or characters that can get you in the corner quick with good damage like Fei beat Rose (also Blanka with high mobility/decent damage and back when Blanka balls were harder to punish; also his slide is beastly as well his his hop/throw routine). Makoto has that axe kick, ability to get you into the corner quick and high damage and stun output. Keshikaran did well but it's an uphill battle for Rose. If Makoto had rushed down non-stop I think the win ratio would have been higher for Shiro.
kenshikaran>louffy. louffy looks like trash compared to this guy. louffy runs off his opponents not knowing match ups, kenshikaran runs off knowing match-ups.
