Although the use of the COD kara into roll,wheel kick,falling sky and regular grab are cool, Personally I think that the only one that would be useful would be the falling sky and the regular grab. I noticed when he tried to do a kara wheel kick, the start up is slow and he got knocked out of it. The only one I was impressed with was the kara into TT off a neutral jump attack. I can understand the kara into falling sky because if its done on wake up and the opponent is already about to hit you, you will trade hits and the move wont even come out. It has to be timed right. When he says its all about speed, I totally understand what he means. You have to have good reactions and speed and mind games to get your oppoenent to do what you want them to do so that any of these kara moves can be useful. Best kara into anything Abel has is COD kara into U2. For example, Ryu loves to do his 2hit shoryuken to beat out Abels U2 anytime he has it, with a kara U2 you will absorb both hits and wait for him to fall down in front of you and free ultra. Thats very predictable against any character that is ready for Abels U2 with a 2 hit move of their own (any ex projectile of any kind except for the 3 hit projectiles) I really liked the kara into TT im definitely going to practice that when I get home because I see lots of potential with that move alone.
Then how ex meter is not drain,unless its drain after the 1st frame.
Super Armor Cancelling is Vanilla tech. No meter is drained because the move is cancelled before the bar is actually burned. What he means by "speed" is the quickness of the inputs not the "speed of his mind games". In order to do the cancel, you have to start the COD at the last possible frame and cancel it immediately on the first frame. 2/60 of a second to input 2 completely different moves accurately. All of the SAC's are very useful because they totally shut down safe jumps and OS's.
How exactly do you add armour to his moves? what are the inputs? is it similar to balrogs's taunts cancel? ( would like to know how to do those as well)
