Street Fighter 3 Third Strike Online Edition was just released for the PlayStation Network here in the U.S.A., and some other territories. If you have any trouble tracking it down, just do a search for Street Fighter 3.
Gattsu....XBLA release is tomorrow, so don't ask for 360 yet.
Anyone else see the problem with a demo for a game that's already been released for over a decade?

No.... Considering this game wasn't as popular as Capcom expected it to be. It makes sense for them to release a demo for a game that their new fan base hasn't been exposed to as much as newer titles. Plus, it's not like it hurts anyone.

Even Chessmaster Live has a trial version. Hell, they'd put a trial version if QWOP ever made it to XBL Arcade.

How would ppl from US react if new games from gaming stores cost them 100us$, the same amount I pay (70€). Ah well, guess it's good someone can get the fun anyway.

This sucks! I used a sick day at work so i could play 3rd Strike all day and now i'll have to wait until late tonight before it gets added to PSN store. Guess it serves me right...

@55 yeah i tried looking everywhere but i'm in Australia so we basically follow the EU store which i've now found out won't have the game up for another 12 hours or something :( Gutted!
For those of you new to SF3 Yun is very strong in this game. Will you promise not to complain?
Chun is definitely hands down the best character online. There's still some lag and the frames skip sometimes making Yun extremely hard to play. Chun is even a bigger beast in online play but, I'll live. DUDLEY is still keeping it classy.
I think it's funny that the demo features people that are already in SF4. If I was new to 3s, I'd like to demo fighters that I haven't played as before.
As far the lag...I was trying to ask Capcom for a long time about HD lag. I was never answered in the Capcom Unity. Instead we always got the same answers. "Arcade perfect and new art and new music" the new music sucks anyways. I'm glad they put in the REAL music.
Still buying this though. I love 3s.
I got it from playstation play. If it ain't in new releases check there.
