Capcom-Unity translated the latest Street Fighter X Tekken blog development post, which had talked about the arcade location tests for Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition v.2012. A very interesting bit comes in the middle of the post, it reads:
We will also have surveys available at the location test. Yours truly will be there of course, so if you see me be sure to say hi!
So you all know that the purpose of this location test is to try out new balance adjustments. But it certainly would be helpful if you knew before going to the test what some of the changes are, or what to look out for.
...I understand. I do. So for that reason... the Dev Blog is coming back! For a special limited time only, 8/23 (Tue) to 8/26 (Fri), the Dev Blog will be posting up balance adjustments that have been made to the game, as well as certain points we’d like you the player to take a look at while playing! I’m sure you’re all already looking forward to it!
Instead of the community having to try and figure out all of the changes, the developers will be letting us in on some of the things they've changed. Keep on the lookout for these changes.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to this. Although, asking a bunch of people that have BLATANT character bias is probably a bad thing to do. Nobody will reach an agreement on anything apart from things regarding the very top characters or the very bottom characters...

Nitsuma is so stubborn with his scrubby x-factor that despite it being a hated game mechanic, he says that fans don't call the shots on this so he buffs it, lol
I don't care who gets buffed/nerfed just make it so its playable again..
I hope they fix u2 for juri. i hate nothing more then going for my u2 and my opponent just stands beside me. only way to make sure it connects is to combo into it other wise sorry you have a 70% chance it is going to miss.
I heard Yun lost his DP & His normals. Also Gen has a hadouken now.
Although I dont know how accurate my source is.
TBH I just hope they fix properties/hitboxes on some of the moves in the game, which they haven't seem to be doing. Like remove character specific things like Akuma's sweep or w/e. Why would it work on a certain % of the cast and the other not? lol.
It's really too bad this is happening. AE is just starting to blossom the way it is! The Tournament scene is seeing characters in the Top 8 that NEVER made Top 8 in Super or Vanilla!
Face the facts guys. The community was put into a panic by two things.
1) Ono saying "We've added Strong Characters". Wow... We always had "Strong Characters".
2) Seven months of crap feedback from the Arcades. People who had their Top characters nerfed and were not happy about it. Example: E.Honda.
You all over reacted. The Yun army that was to Rule us online NEVER came! The Yun army in the tournament scene consisted of one man... Daigo. Who placed 4th! He won two prior years with Ryu but could only get 4th with "Broken Yun"! Again... Wow!
It's such a shame that the SF4 team has returned and it's to work on balance instead of content.
Lord knows I'd rather have Yun's dp nerfed instead of a new stage dlc pack.

One of the main reasons why they are even changing things was because so many people complained about Yun's Dive-Kicks. And now you want Cammy to have a move that's WAY more OP and broken than all three of Yun's Divekicks combined???
Yun's Defense and Footsie game were really bad, and his divekicks was what made him a playable character. Cammy's footsies and defenses are much better than Yun's. She's going to be far worse than Yun is she gets a divekick that's better than all three of Yun's divekicks and she has better footsies and defenses.
DO NOT BRING BACK THE METERLESS TKCS FOR CAMMY!!!
