Tip from Rafael2487, SnakeX, Arcadiac and neoWhite.
That is what you get for doing it from all the way across the screen.
@exspes
I find it hard to believe you regularly get counter hit on the 3rd hit of Adon's super. Unless you just throw it out randomly mid screen every match
I really can't stand Cody's JP voice. The English one fits him perfectly.
I don't hate Adon's, but I keep him in English as well. He sounds like the Monarch from Venture Bros.
@2
Unless you're just doing random supers from mid-screen and specifically getting counter-hits on the third hit of Adon's super, this isn't something that you should be encountering...ever.
But okay, let's assume this really is happening to you. If you actually can't count the number of times this has happened to you, then perhaps you should consider playing better.
For starters, don't do random supers, especially not from mid-screen or farther away. It's incredibly easy to hit confirm most characters' supers, Adon in particular has no trouble with it. Not that you should be using his super that often anyway since he relies on EX moves so much, but still.

There are some characters that have voices that need to stay english, and there are some that need to stay japanese.
Cody's is one that needs to stay english. Same with Haggar, SSpencer, and Arthur from Marvel.
What I want to know is if you can do a Focus attack between hit 1 and hit 2 of Jaguar Varied Assault and whether the normal that comes out in this setup counts as a regular normal or has the damage scaling of a focus attack.
Well my experience was getting DP'd out of my super after hit confirming from cr.HP from around max distance. Happened twice but i have no video so it might as well not have happened at all xD There is definatly more weirdness to this super than this video shows.
@10
I keep all those in English with the addition of a few more.
@13
Lots of the English voices are more than competent, but there are some that grate me to no end. Chun in English is torturous.
Dude, it's munen which means regret. I will take that any day over "profound sadness". People get so uptight about which language characters "should" speak and don't focus on whether the actual lines delivered are better or not in the respective languages. Obviously, it's all about opinion, but don't base it just because characters "should" speak English or Japanese. If that were the case, they would need characters speaking Spanish, Russian, Thai, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Hindi, and Turkish. I guess being Japanese and understanding Japanese helps a lot though.
You're not curious about the quirks of the game engine? I sure am.
I've played Adon since super came out and this never happened to me. I suppose it's a good thing cause I would've been so pissed if it did. As for voices, I love the absolutely maniacal screaming of the jap Adon voice(Jaguar SHEBULBA(revolver)) and most other characters in japanese especially the girls.
@7 that reference is +1000. I can't believe I didn't notice it.
@21 same here.
And to everyone who says Adon is dependant on meter..... Not really. With the exception of fadcing his dp, any reason to use meter can be accomplished without it. Though as an Adon player, I've never done super without a hit confirm unless it was for chip. This is not really an issue.
give Adon 1000 health and I wont be salty, seriously wtf is with 950?
@26
yes adon is meter dependent because of those fadc's and his ex tooth and hes not a character thats easy to build meter with. if you're constantly stocked on full meter you're not using him correctly. only time i ever use the super is to close out a round and its usually always for chip
@29 I wouldn't say I'm not using him correctly. I usually win with the way I play him. The only reason to do ex tooth is to avoid fireballs and Adon has a million other ways to avoid them. Only the fadc is arguable. I don't mean constantly having super but you do get it. As you yourself have stated. Super is not as scarce as you're making it out to be.
That Desk doin' crazy thangs.
