All of the shotos can do that cross up tatsu, I'm pretty sure they can do that in other games too. Sucky thing about it is it's duckable and 99% of the time if you're blocking on wakeup you're ducking especially against E.Ryu. Unless E.Ryu's light tatsu hits crouching like the first hit of akumas hk tatsu but I don't think that's the case.
really nice setups in this vid ... great job ...
HOWEVER, i dont want to burst his bubble, but the demon setups are not garanteed ... the startup on it up close is 1 frame and when he does the switch in the vid from stand to jump, the wakeup animation is already there .. meaning the jump would NOT register until after. However if the opponent was holding up with the quickstand before it acctually happens the demon would whiff (as it should) .
theres no garanteed demon setup after knockdown.
but other than that .. great mixups after knockdown .. pretty neat stuff
@ 5 the reason you don't see videos like this or the last one for guy is because he isn't the option heavy character, as far as i know you can on kara cancel his over head and it does nothing for move range or start up speed it just for mix ups.

@9 well durrr. He's not doing sweep into meaty demon like people think works when they're 12. He's doing setups where if they weren't jumping before the flash then they're caught. It's like seeing a normal kara demon and saying "hey they coulda jumped that before the flash"...
@7 - You're forced to stand on wakeup, and these setups land the tatsu meaty. I haven't tested them, but you should not be allowed to duck on that frame.
@9 - You're missing the point. In this type of setup, once the flash happens it's already too late to escape. Yes, it still can be escaped if he holds up or mashes reversal the entire time before he wakes up, but the point of the setup is to not allow him to beat your Demon on reaction.
I still liked his previous video, but yea most of it was pretty known.
This is pretty crazy, easy tricky crossup with his Tatsu. Ryu can do the same, only its way more obvious. He also has good DMG and all.
Im gonna try him out, he does have 850 HP so its expected he is decent at least.

Evil Ryu with the 3s kara shoryu. That was the first thing I looked for when AE came out and it's awesome. You can tag people from 1/3 a screen away if you kara ex-shoryu.
