Rufus really can Ultra from everything lol. Surprised some aren't using that first Ultra 1 setup, doesn't look extremely tough.

That setup only works on characters with huge juggle hitboxes like Rog, Zangief, T.Hawk, and Hakan.

I've been playing the big dude since vanilla. I love the tubby guy, gonna try to use some of these myself.

@5 Midscreen galactic tornado to U1 definitely feels like a 1 frame link, and it's after a long move so the timing can feel somewhat arbitrary, like linking after command throws or Boxer's overhead... it also only works against Vega, Zangief, Boxer, and I think that's it (maybe one more).

Still Rufus is underused and under loved...put him back at Vanilla strength lol
