An examination of Dr. Strange and Nemesis was posted up on Cross Counter's website. Its pretty in-depth and goes over all of their first impressions of the two new characters. They cover all of their moves when it comes to what they do and their functionality. Here's a snip from the article.
Dr. Strange
For the past few months, I've heard several Phoenix player say that, if Phoenix had normal, or near-normal, health, and couldn't go Dark, they'd actually prefer it. It seems that Capcom took some of that into account when making Strange. He looks almost like a "fair" Dark Phoenix. Projectiles, teleports, huge supers...let's look at everything.
Nemesis
After explaining Dr. Strange, Nemesis seems a bit lackluster. However, he has some very strong, functional tricks up his hulking, infected sleeve, and I have a feeling he will be a replacement for characters on a LOT of people's teams, most notably She-Hulk and Wesker players (provided they don't overhaul their team / playstyle completely).

I think Phoenix turning dark is an extremely important part of her character and taking it away would be massive overhaul on her playstyle.

Are you trying to say that they have NO right to talk about mvc in any way? If so, you are an idiot. First off they didn't write up this article, Olaf did. Second, since when does your performance dictate what you can and can't speak on?
