G4TV has uploaded 40 minutes of footage from the Third Strike: Online Edition panel at EVO 2011. Moderated by Special Combat Adviser Seth Killian, the panelists included members of the Third Strike team such as Derek Neal (Lead Producer of Third Strike OE), Christian Svensson (Senior VP at Capcom USA), Neo G.(Original Battle Director of Third Strike), and Dave Lang (Producer of online features in Third Strike OE).

wow G4 edited me getting up and leaving haha... there is a zoom in at 30:58 and you'll notice an empty seat at the front... whoops... I was exhausted from the night before haha

SO GLAD I GOT A PS3. I PRE-ORDERED MINE WITH THE THEME YESTERDAY! ALL I'M WAITING FOR IS 8/23/11, 12:00 AM (if we are lucky it will come out a day earlier).

I believe the game will be available when the store updates on the 23rd. US store generally updates between 2-5PM EST.

If you've heard differently please let me know. I pre-ordered my download too.
