Tougeki SBO2011 qualifiers (featuring YHC-Mochi and MDR)

Meh, I've lost all interest in the sf4 series. MVC3 with it's broken characters, as evidenced by Viscant and his visible sludge (AKA Dark Phoenix) is where it's at. Can't wait to troll ultimate with Arthur, MODOK, Phoenix Wright and Rocket Raccoon.

I hate when posts start with grandfinals so when ya watch it before you hit jump (since most does only have one vid to watch) you get the massive spoiler.

I would like to start it at the qualifiers, but a lot of people complain about how they just wish to "get to the end" since they don't have time to watch it all. Best way to avoid the spoiler is to just hit the jump first then watch them all then watch the top video. I might consider doing it the opposite way in the future so that the grand finals are at the end and see the feedback from it.

SF4 REVIVED the entire fighting game scene and u owe it a lot of respect even if you dont like it anymore or never did at all..move on if u dont and play a different game..or maybe do something constructive with your life other than complaining on videos that others go to the trouble of posting for our entertainment. If you are indeed being sarcastic in your own sad little way, then so what, its not even the slightest bit funny. Kinda reflects bad on you if you are trying to find an audience to laugh at your "sarcasm" in the comments section of a video posted on a fighting game forum. Think about that.

You should take your "sarcasm" to the MvC 3 forums. I don;t think any one of else cares for it.

Edbastian is just butt hurt that he can't win in either street fighter or MVC3 so he likes to go around trying to convince others about flaws hes is convinced are in the games to try and prove that the only reason he loses is because of said flaws.

If someone wants to just "get to the end" then they should have to be the one to "just hit the jump first." It's too easy to get spoiled when posted in reverse chronological order considering that there is a screen capture before even hitting the jump. It decreases the hype.

Broken characters, visible sludge and wanting to troll with joke characters and you all thought I was being serious? You really are all morons. I don't take either of these games seriously like you clearly do.

And @12 if you seriously can't see that dark Phoenix is ridiculously over powered then you have something the matter with you. And that's beside the fact that your post about someone you've never seen, met or talked to being 'butt hurt' and unable to win is far more childish and pathetic than my deliberate and obvious troll.

Maybe some people here need to evaluate their own selves and have a bit of fun before jumping on someone elses back: instead of trying to impress others with your arguments just take the rough with the smooth and have a laugh every once and a while.

So much hate for one little comment...it's a shame really cos I really do have fun playing these games, but being called a 'disgrace (spelt right in this instance)' to the fighting game community? To be honest, after seeing the general maturity levels and elitist nature of the fighting game community I'm pleased to not be one of you. There's a clear and visible lack of common social graces and most people just seem like total arse holes, acting like their 'tough' etc. Games are meant to be enjoyed and had fun with; not to be taken seriously by any means. The pacman community is probably far friendlier and much more welcoming to people than this one. I can really see now why people hate video game nerds and think that playing games rots the mind and discourages the natural growth of maturity and social skills. You all go ahead and bicker about everything and anything, I'll carry on trolling and playing for a laugh.

Nice one. It's obvious you couldn't find a way to pick apart my actual argument and instead, to try and get some sort of reply showing how wrong I am and right you are, you find the tiniest mistakes, some of which were made by the iPods rubbish auto correct. In doing so you've only further reinforced what I said about the fighting game community and the people who are a part of it.

You really proved me wrong and showed me the faults in what I said...
And yes I am a troll but I do it for fun and messing around, I don't go to the extent of intentionally being a dick like you are: you are clearly the bigger troll here as you can't analyse an argument and so have to resort to picking up on simpler issues such as spelling and grammar, which admittedly I did, but only for a brief moment.

P.S. Not being able to spell disgrace is a disgrace, I suggest that person spend less time playing games and more time doing important an beneficial things like learning how to write properly.

I, for one do not like to pick on people in the comments section, its pointless, but sometimes you cant help but see the first few comments( like yours)..and some times there are useful links and discussions to be had. Remarks like yours will only spark anger towards you because this IS a fighting game forum where we mostly seem to love the games that are headlined here..I agree with you that people shouldnt just jump on a person and attack them for trying to be funny or whatever you like you to do. I dont condone a mob mentality of picking apart your every word and correcting people grammatically, its childish and again, pointless. I rather take the approach of trying to get some discussion going and educate ourselves to become better players and more knowledgeable on the games we play but it is hard when you have a lot of childish members who go at each other for petty reasons. Thats not to say that we should all be soft with each other either because then you lack the argumentative drive to open discussions and move things along, but please, we can find a line of respect where everyone can speak about what they want without having this type of bs happening. Again, i dont direct this solely at you, it is a message to everyone out there who posts here. I am fairly new here as a poster although i have lurked in the background for a couple of years and i hope to show respect to others, which is the way i would like to be treated also.
You say that the fighting game community can be elitist, yes, it can be, and you will find that mentality in all walks of life unfortunately, but remember that there are many more decent people than that and please dont generalise us all into one bracket.
