Roundup: Denjin Arcade closed, Redrapper song & EVO photos

• According to Pherai and Haunts of IPlayWinner, Denjin Arcade in Simi Valley, California has closed down. No reason was given for the closure, but this was one of the few great arcades left in the USA, and it's sad to see that it has closed down now. Tip from Rafael2487 and Virtua_Kazama.

• Redrapper posted his Marvel vs. Capcom 3 EVO 2K11 intro song, which is a remix of Mike Haggar's MvC3 tune.

• EVO 2011 photos from days 1 - 3 can be found on Karaface's SmugMug page.

• Dhim, a.k.a. nutsVSguts, has started a campaign to get Elena and Anna into Street Fighter X Tekken and did an original animation short titled Beauty and the Beat featuring both fighters. Mentioned by Bry and Rafael2487.

Denjin was a little over 2 years old and was EXTREMELY overrated for seemingly no reason. One of the few 'great arcades left in the USA'? thats extremely offensive to the few arcades that have been around longer and had a larger scene, IE: Arcade Infinity, ChinaTown Fair ect that did close down. I could go on about the arcade but theres no point now is there? the circumstance its in speaks for itself

While I'm very sad to hear that Denjin Arcade has closed, I'm not all that surprised. I was in there just a few months ago and they didn't even have AE. I realize there are other games, but that's a pretty big one to be missing.

I don't really understand the exclusion of either character. Elena could have a rivalry or a cool tag tandem with Christie or Eddie. Anna well she's always there to torment her sister.

If I actually cared about these two anymore I might find the energy to rage but regardless I know alot of my true favorites...mains/subs will rep Tekken.

I'm all for Elena vs lets say Christie or Eddie, but I don't see why there is so much love for Anna. Nina and Anna are so similar it's like Street Fighter 2 Ryu and Ken.

I can't wait to play Street Fighter X Tekken, even though it looks like Guy and Cody might not make the cut. If they did I would want Cody in his White T and Jeans to be honest.
