its probably a glitch on the PC. ive seen smoe wierd things on PC SSF4AE like Hawks command grab sometimes not doing any damage. thats my guess

I saw that roster leak. That doesn't look too far-fetched. But, I wouldn't bet on it.

the supposed "roster" leak is allready confirmed to be fake. someone at capcom unity allready stated that this is merely his "whishlist"

You mean the Ken vs Juri match? He was just FADC (Focus-Attack-Dash-Cancelling) his kick, and comboing off of it. Impractical, but it worked against that opponent. Twice.
