Sakura, Makoto playable in Street Fighter 4 Volt and patch notes

So where is says people who purposely quit a match will receive a penelty... Does that apply if I receive a notification? I'm aware that notifications can be turned off but cba turning it off and on all the time.

I paid 5 euro for this game, and I can say that 20 characters for a fiver is excellent value for my money. I would have bought it sooner (when they offered it for 99 cents), but I didn't have an Iphone yet. :D

What's a fan gotta do to get this game on Android? Come on! It would be the best game on Android ever. The market is so sparse and I NEED a portable fighter. Come on Cap!

YES!!! I've been waiting for this penalty patch to come! I never ever rage quit (which is why my wins < losses) but I could clearly see why someone with almost 900 wins and 13 losses beats me 8 times in a row and when I finally win, he leaves the very moment he sees KO! I believe his name was davidkh79 and has a nice chun and viper, but very salty I guess when I won 1/9... Seriously guys, "sometimes you win, sometimes you learn" just take your loss, save the replay and study why you lost. That's been a big help to me leveling up

1st comment: exciting to see this update patch as capcom really hears our (furious) voice!

2nd comment: I have updated the iphone and try both makoto and sakura:
- makoto walks very very slow and not easy to use, you must flexibly use the dash to close the distance % you and your opponent

- sakura is fun to use.
Ex version of Sakura’s Shunpukyaku, or Hurricane Kick, could still launch the opponent into the air, leaving them in a full juggle state, so you could connect with your ultra after that!
Her ultra is either Shinku Hadoken or Shinku Tengyo Hadoken. The normal Shinku Hadoken shoots a horizontal projectile, while the Tengyo version shoots a projectile upward at a steep angle.

btw, may I ask a silly question?
If someone did not update his/her iphone with the new patch, will such penalty system still work on him/her if he rage-quit (=disconnect) before he/she loses?

Not a bad little patch.

Had my first little foray online using Sakura. Don't see the point in using her above someone like Akuma though. Online is just a spam fest and characters like Akuma win out in my limited experience.
