Dude hes barely hitting anyone with the orbs, opponent to busy in the air when he DHCs to strider. OF COURSE its gonna look weak when he not causing any pressure with it either.
There was videos shown on strider showing the power of ouroboros, almost killing haggar in about 4-5 seconds with out xfactor(video footage of comic con). The orbs dont scale in damage and due to the way hit stun scaling works, the people reset mid combo without noticing which direction strider is attacking with his normals and teleports. It is very dangerous as is, just wait til people actually get to get some good set ups going. Plus legion does decent chip and otgs. Dont judge off just one vid.

Wolverine
- Seems to have less health.
- Berserker Slash is slower, lost invincibility
- Seems slower overall perhaps to make Berserker Charge more balanced overall
- Contrary to popular belief, Wolverine can still relaunch after a Dive Kick in the air combo the ground bounce may just not work if a dive kick stagger was used to start the initial combo
+/- Some sort of button-mashy Swiss cheese move
Yea the perk of being a level 3, it doesnt damage scale itself. But the normals still do currently, and as i mentioned legion looks decent for chip(maybe more than okami shuffle, cant get numbers yet) Also in level 3 xfactor i believe it does do small chip from what i overheard. I just think its in a spot for being overly good, so they probably dont wanna touch it too much.

As mike ross said" I THOUGHT THEY NERFED THAT?" Wolverine still looks the same overall, still fast and powerful. Also you can combo after that new swiss cheese move so even mashers could be able to hit confirm off it lol.

A.Production cost, it's not free to ad 12 new characters in you got to hire the whole team back
B.when you consider most characters are sold for 5(MVC3 and MK) to 7(Blazblue) bucks for 12 new characters as dlc that's easily 60 bucks they could be selling this as
C.When you remember they also made new stages, moves for existing charaters and a new UI(health bars and everything
you're easily looking at something that would be in straight DLC approaching 100 dollars
So 40 is a f***ing deal

Not to mention new modes -albeit we only know about Spectator mode-.
Everyone lets Boycott Ultimate Mvc3.If we keep buying 40$ DLC with the only mode being Spectator mode they will know that doing that is successful and will keep doing the same Bull**** tactics with their next fight game Street Fighter x Tekken.Don't buy Ultimate MVC3!!!!!
